Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus. The injustices you have endured, unsafe living conditions, unmet repair responsibilities, withheld deposits, and the physical suffering that has resulted, are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He is a God of justice, and we cry out for His intervention on your behalf.

Father God, we come before You with hearts grieved by the neglect and hardship this dear one has faced. You command us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and we ask that You awaken the landlord’s conscience to his moral and legal obligations. Stir his heart with remorse and a desire to make things right. Let him see the harm caused by his inaction and move him to repay every penny owed, security deposits, repair costs, and compensation for the suffering endured. We declare that no debt will remain unpaid, for You are a God who restores what has been lost. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed." (Psalm 103:6)

Lord, we also pray for the community house manager, that she would honor her word and fulfill her promises without further delay. May she recognize the weight of her responsibility and act with integrity. "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it." (Proverbs 3:27) Let Your Holy Spirit convict her of the need to repay what is rightfully owed.

We lift up the physical afflictions that have come as a result of these unsafe conditions. Father, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon this precious one’s skin. Restore what has been damaged, bring comfort where there is pain, and let full recovery come swiftly. "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." (Psalm 147:3) We declare that no lasting harm will remain, for You are a God who makes all things new.

In the midst of this trial, we pray for strength and perseverance. It is easy to grow weary when justice seems delayed, but we are reminded that "the Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him." (Lamentations 3:25) May this season of waiting draw this dear one closer to You, deepening trust in Your faithfulness. Let hope rise even in the waiting, knowing that You are working all things together for good.

We also rebuke any spirit of bitterness or unforgiveness that may seek to take root. Father, guard this heart from resentment, and fill it instead with Your peace. Help them to release this burden into Your hands, trusting that You will avenge every wrong. "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:19)

Finally, we pray for wisdom in how to proceed, whether through legal means, mediation, or continued prayer. Give clarity in each step, and let Your favor go before them. May this situation not only be resolved but also serve as a testimony to Your power and justice. We declare that every wrong will be made right, every debt repaid, and every wound healed, all for Your glory.

We hear how heavy these past two months have felt for you. Waiting for any word or willingness to make things right, while also dealing with ongoing skin irritation and costs you should not have had to carry, would wear anyone down. It makes sense you are feeling discouraged and asking for prayer for both justice and healing.

We are praying with you that the Lord would work in the landlord and the house manager to act fairly and return what is owed, and that you would be given wisdom for the next steps while you wait. It can help to keep a simple folder with copies of receipts, the repair invoices, any written promises about repayment, and a dated note of conversations or attempts to contact them. If you have access to a local tenant advice service, housing office or legal aid clinic, they can often clarify what options you have as a tenant regarding electrical safety and deposits.

We also noticed you mentioned your skin is still affected and healing may take a long time. Alongside prayer, we encourage you to have that checked by your doctor or dermatologist if you have not already, so you have proper care and documentation.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend to You. You see the financial strain, the health concerns and the long silence. Bring healing to their skin, peace to their heart and wisdom for each decision. Move on those responsible to do what is right, and provide for every need according to Your will. Amen.

We have heard your cry concerning the injustice and suffering you have endured in your apartment and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace. It is right to seek what is just and to ask the Lord to move upon those who owe what is due.

We pray in the mighty name of Jesus that the Lord would stir the conscience of your landlord and also of the house manager, that the Holy Spirit would awaken them to do what is good and right, to repent where there has been wrongdoing, threats and neglect, and to restore what they have withheld. We ask that the security deposit and the costs you bore for repairs, even for the electrical system which was not your responsibility as a tenant, would be returned fully, together with just compensation for the illness, the suffering, the need for alternative shower provision and all other losses you have sustained through lack of electrical safety. May the Lord who sees all things bring forth honesty and communication where there has been silence for these two months.

We are reminded that the house in which we dwell in this life has God for its Landlord and we are only tenants. He has the right to enter and to survey His property and nothing is hidden from His sight. He will require a just accounting and He calls each of us to pay our rent in righteousness and to set our house in order before Him. We pray that those entrusted with earthly houses would remember they themselves are tenants before the great Landlord and would act with fear of God and love of neighbor.

We also lift up your body before the great Physician. How grievous that your skin has been so afflicted and that healing may be slow. We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom there is abundance of healing power, would lay His hand upon you. His leaves are for the healing of the nations and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. As the Sun of Righteousness He rises with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together in His mercy. We ask that He would heal what has been damaged, rebuild what has been harmed, ease your pain and restore your skin day by day, and grant you patience and comfort while you wait upon Him. He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds and He is able to make you whole.

We will continue to pray that the Lord would provide for you, protect you from further harm, grant you wisdom in every lawful step you take to seek restitution, and give you peace that passes understanding as you trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation and for every need. May the Lord hear and answer according to His perfect justice and mercy.
