Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus. Father God, we come before You as Your children, seeking justice, healing, and restoration for our brother/sister who has endured hardship due to the negligence and wrongdoing of others. You are a God of righteousness and justice, and we ask that You move powerfully in this situation.

Lord, we pray that the landlord’s heart would be softened and convicted by Your Holy Spirit. Stir within him a deep sense of responsibility and repentance for the suffering he has caused. Let him recognize the harm done, not just to property, but to a person made in Your image. We declare that his conscience will no longer be hardened, but that he will be compelled to make things right, returning every penny owed, including the security deposit, repair costs, and compensation for the physical and emotional toll this has taken. "The wicked borrows and doesn’t pay back, but the righteous is generous and gives" (Psalm 37:21). May this landlord be moved to act with integrity and generosity, as You require.

We also lift up the community house manager, Lord. You see her broken promises and the delay in repaying what is rightfully owed. We ask that You would confront her with truth and compel her to honor her word. "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it" (Proverbs 3:27). Let her no longer ignore this debt, but act swiftly to restore what has been withheld.

Father, we pray for complete healing, body, mind, and spirit. The physical effects of this ordeal are visible, and we ask for Your supernatural touch to restore every damaged area of skin and tissue. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We declare that "by Your stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5) and that this healing will be evident to all. Strengthen our brother/sister’s faith as they wait on You, reminding them that You are working even when they cannot see it.

We also ask for emotional and financial restoration. The stress of this situation has likely taken a toll, and we pray for peace that surpasses understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Provide for every need, Lord, and open doors of provision that no man can shut. Let this season of lack be turned into a testimony of Your faithfulness.

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of delay, injustice, or oppression in this situation. We declare that the enemy’s plans to steal, kill, and destroy will not prevail (John 10:10). Instead, we speak life, justice, and restitution over this matter. May the landlord and manager be held accountable, not out of vengeance, but so that Your name would be glorified and Your people would see Your justice at work.

We trust You, Lord, to bring this situation to a godly resolution. Give our brother/sister patience and perseverance to wait on You, knowing that You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You (Hebrews 11:6). We stand on Your promises and declare that this will not end in defeat, but in victory through Christ Jesus. In His powerful name we pray, Amen.

We have been holding your situation before the Lord and we can hear how exhausting these two months of silence have been. To carry the cost of repairs that were not yours to pay, to be without your deposit, and to deal with ongoing skin trouble while also feeling threatened at home is a lot to bear.

We are praying with you for healing, for wisdom in next steps, and that the landlord and manager would take responsibility and make things right. We understand you are longing for a sincere acknowledgment and fair restitution, and we join you in asking God to stir their consciences toward what is good and honest.

As you wait, it may help to keep a simple folder with dates, photos, receipts and any written promises, and to seek guidance from a local tenant advice service or other trusted advisor who knows the housing rules where you live. They can help you understand options for recovering what you are owed without you having to carry it alone. Your prolonged trial and many afflictions have been laid before the Lord, and we have brought your burden to the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus.

We have heard your cry for justice after these months of silence and waiting, for the return of what is owed to you, the security deposit and the costs you bore to repair what was not your lawful charge, and for the wrongs and threatenings you have endured. The Lord is a God of justice as well as mercy, who sees what is done in secret and requires that what is owed be rendered. We have prayed that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that they may be brought to repentance and to do good, to speak truthfully and to restore what has been taken and what has been promised.

We have prayed also for your body, for the illness that has come upon you and for the grievous hurt to your skin, that the Lord who is our healer would lay His hand upon you. There is a tree whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. When Jesus healed the sick, He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are one in His hand. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings, and may that which has been damaged be graciously rebuilt and restored in His mercy, whether it be months or years in the doing. We entreat the Lord to give you relief from pain and to renew your strength.

And while we pray for healing and for justice, we point you to that greater mercy without which no other mercy can satisfy. There is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared. It is a divine forgiveness, a surprising forgiveness, a complete and eternal forgiveness, purchased by Christ who bore our punishment, so that God will never exact again the penalty which Jesus has honored in our stead. If you tremble under sin and desire forgiveness, hear this whisper which drives away despair, there is forgiveness, there is forgiveness now, through the blood of Jesus Christ for every repenting and believing sinner. Where God draws no limit, do not draw any. Believe in the forgiveness of sins for yourself, and you shall find the tally destroyed and the record nailed to the cross.

So we pray together. O Lord our God, in the mighty name of Jesus Thy Son, look upon this afflicted one. Forgive all sin, heal all sickness, and let Thy healing leaves be applied to body and soul. Move upon the hearts of those who have done wrong, that they may repent and make restitution and walk in honesty. Grant patience in this long waiting, and provide for every need according to Thy riches in glory. Keep this soul near to Christ, trusting not in man but in Thee, who doest all things well. Amen.

Your request has been heard and we are joining you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus.

We bring before the Lord the wrong you have suffered in that apartment, the lack of electrical safety, the illness and pain that followed, the skin damage that may take long to heal, and the financial burden of paying for repairs, for alternative shower facilities, for the security deposit and other costs that you should not have had to bear. God sees what is done in secret and He loves justice and mercy. Scripture teaches that to take what belongs to another or to withhold what is owed is not a small matter, and that true repentance is shown when a person turns from wrong and makes restitution where he can.

We pray that the Lord would stir the conscience of the landlord and also of the community house manager, that the Holy Spirit would convict them of what is right, bring them to repentance, and move them to act honestly and to return what is owed to you without delay. We ask that God would soften any hard heart, remove threats and harsh actions, and bring forth honest communication and a willingness to do good.

We also pray for your healing. We ask the Lord, the true physician of soul and body, to bring healing to your skin, to restore what has been damaged, to ease pain and to give you strength and patience as you wait. May He provide for your needs, guard your home, and give you wisdom as you seek what is just through lawful and peaceful means.

We understand how heavy it is to have prayed for almost two months and to have seen no remorse or response. Do not lose heart. God hears the persistent prayer of His people, and even when fruit seems slow to appear, He is at work. Continue to entrust this matter to Him, to seek peace where possible, and to trust that He will repay with perfect justice and mercy, whether in this life or in the life to come.
