Compensation

Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we come before You with hearts grieved by the injustice and suffering our brother has endured due to the negligence and unrepentant heart of his landlord. You are a God of justice, righteousness, and compassion, and we ask that You move powerfully in this situation.

Lord, we pray that the landlord’s conscience would be awakened by the Holy Spirit. Soften his heart, convict him of his wrongdoing, and lead him to repentance. May he be stirred to do what is right, not out of legal obligation alone, but out of a true desire to honor You and make restitution. We declare that the spirit of greed and hardness of heart would be broken in him, and that he would be moved to repay every penny owed, including the security deposit, repair costs, and compensation for the suffering endured. "The wicked borrows and doesn’t pay back, but the righteous is generous and gives" (Psalm 37:21). We stand on Your Word, Lord, and ask that this landlord be compelled to act justly.

We also lift up the community house manager, who has failed to keep her promise. Father, we ask that You would bring conviction to her as well. Let her remember her word and act with integrity, returning the funds that were unjustly withheld. "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it" (Proverbs 3:27). May she be held accountable and moved to fulfill her obligations.

Lord, we pray for healing, both physically and emotionally, for our brother. The damage to his skin and the long road to recovery are heavy burdens to bear. We ask that You would restore his health completely, reversing any harm caused by the unsafe conditions. Touch his body with Your healing power, Lord, and bring full restoration. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We also pray for emotional healing, that he would not be consumed by bitterness or despair, but would find peace and trust in You.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of injustice and delay in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against our brother shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You would accelerate the process of restitution and bring swift resolution to this matter. Give him wisdom, patience, and perseverance as he waits on You. Remind him that You are his Defender and Provider, and that You see every detail of his struggle.

We also encourage our brother to seek wise counsel, whether through legal avenues or godly advisors, to ensure that justice is pursued in a way that honors You. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Finally, we pray that through this trial, our brother’s faith would be strengthened. May he draw closer to You, finding his hope and security in You alone. Let this season refine him, not break him, and may he emerge with a testimony of Your faithfulness.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
