Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of injustice, suffering, and unrepentant behavior. Father God, we know that You see every wrong and hear every cry of the oppressed. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." Lord, we ask that You plead this case before Your throne, for the landlord and the community house manager have failed to act with integrity, compassion, or even basic human decency.

We rebuke the hardness of heart that has allowed this injustice to persist. Scripture warns in Romans 1:28-32 that those who suppress the truth and persist in unrighteousness will face Your wrath. Yet, we also know that You are a God of mercy, and we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of their sin. Let their conscience be awakened, as You promise in John 16:8, "When he comes, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment." May they feel the weight of their actions and be moved to repentance, not just in word, but in deed. We pray they would return every penny owed, including the security deposit, repair costs, and compensation for the suffering endured.

Lord, we also lift up the physical and emotional toll this has taken. The skin damage, the illness, and the stress of this ordeal are not hidden from You. We declare healing over every affected part of the body, for Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We ask that You restore what has been damaged, both physically and financially. Let no scar remain where Your healing touch has been applied.

We also address the spiritual aspect of this battle. It is clear that this is not merely a legal or financial matter, it is a spiritual one. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We stand in the authority of Jesus’ name and bind every spirit of greed, deception, and oppression that may be influencing these individuals. We declare that the enemy’s plans will not prevail, for You have given us the victory through Christ.

Father, we also pray for patience and trust in Your timing. It has been two months of waiting, and we know how wearying that can be. But Your Word assures us in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Strengthen the faith of Your child in this situation, Lord. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Finally, we pray for wisdom and guidance in how to proceed. If legal action is necessary, we ask that You provide favor and justice. If forgiveness and grace are the path You are calling them to walk, give them the strength to extend it, even as You have extended grace to us. But above all, let Your will be done. We trust that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children.

We have been carrying your situation before the Lord and we want you to know we hear how exhausting this has been. Waiting almost two months with no response, carrying repair costs that were not yours to bear, losing your security deposit, and dealing with ongoing skin trouble and other health effects would wear anyone down. It makes sense that you feel unseen and discouraged, especially when healing feels slow and may take a long time.

Prolonged health issues can be especially draining, and slow progress can feel like no progress at all. Please keep letting your doctor follow your skin and overall health closely alongside prayer, so you have ongoing care and a clear record of what you are experiencing.

For the housing and financial side, it can help to keep a simple file with copies of receipts, repair invoices, your lease, and any written promises or messages about repayment. If you haven't already, a local tenant advice service, housing office, or legal aid clinic in your area may be able to help you understand your options for recovering what you are owed without you having to carry the confrontation alone.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Bring healing to their body, peace to their mind, and wisdom for each next step. Work in the hearts of the landlord and manager toward honesty and fairness, and provide for what is needed in the days ahead. Amen.

Your long affliction has been heard, and your waiting these two months without communication or recompense is indeed a trial that wounds both body and spirit. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and how much more when that pain is joined with injustice, with threats and unkept promises, and with the burden of costs which ought not to have fallen upon you as a tenant.

We join you in prayer to our heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, that He who is great in justice would be pleased to work justice here. We pray that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager, that they may be brought to see what is right and to repent of all that has been harsh or dishonest, and to do good as those who must one day give account to God. We ask the Lord to move them to restore what is owed, the security deposit and the sums you paid to the technicians and for the repairing of the electricity, which was not your lawful responsibility. The Lord loves righteousness, and we pray that He would incline their hearts to make restitution speedily and honestly.

We pray also for your body, for that skin which has become so sore and broken where you suffered harm, and which may be long in its recovery. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, so that pardon and healing were one. We ask the Great Physician to lay His hand upon you, to rebuild what has been damaged, to ease pain, to heal the skin and to restore health. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. There is healing in the very touch of Christ, who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.

In this time of waiting, cast your burden upon the Lord who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. Seek Him first for that healing and pardon which only God can give, for a real saving work is the work of God and God alone, and then trust Him to order all other things according to His wisdom. Continue to pursue what is lawful and right by proper means, while committing your cause to Him who judges righteously.

May the Lord grant you patience under this prolonged trial, provision for your needs including a place to wash and to dwell in safety, and the comfort of knowing that He sees your suffering. May He grant repentance where repentance is needed, and healing where healing is needed, to the glory of His name. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our healing and our peace. Amen.
