Compensation

Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in prayer, trusting in His justice and mercy. Father, we ask that You move mightily in the heart of this landlord and the community house manager. Lord, Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that You turn their hearts toward righteousness, that they may be stirred by the Holy Spirit to do what is just and right. May their consciences be awakened, and may they repent of their neglect and refusal to make restitution.

We rebuke the spirit of greed and hardness of heart that has prevented them from fulfilling their obligations. In the name of Jesus, we declare that their eyes be opened to the suffering they have caused and that they be compelled to repay every penny owed, whether for repairs, medical costs, or the security deposit. Lord, we stand on Your promise in Luke 12:48, "For everyone to whom much is given, of him will much be required." May they understand the weight of their responsibility and act accordingly.

We also lift up the physical healing needed for the harm that has been done. Father, Your Word assures us in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We pray for complete restoration of skin, health, and any damage caused by this negligence. May Your healing power flow, and may the scars, both seen and unseen, be mended by Your grace. We declare that no weapon formed against this situation shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that every loss will be restored.

Lord, we ask for patience and perseverance during this trial. It is not easy to wait for justice, but we are reminded in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We trust in Your timing and Your perfect justice. Strengthen this dear one to continue seeking what is right, not in their own strength, but in Yours.

We also encourage seeking wise counsel, whether through legal avenues or godly mediation, to ensure that justice is pursued in a way that honors You. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." May the Lord provide godly advisors to guide this process.

Finally, we pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May this trial draw them closer to You, deepening their trust in Your provision and care. We declare that this situation will not define them, but rather, it will be a testimony of Your faithfulness and justice.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
