Compensation

Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We stand with you in this difficult season, lifting your situation before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus. The hardships you’ve endured, unsafe living conditions, financial strain, unmet promises, and physical suffering, are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He is a God of justice, mercy, and restoration, and we believe He hears your cries and will move on your behalf.

First, we rebuke the spirit of delay and injustice in this matter. The Word declares in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." The landlord and those responsible for these failures are accountable before God for their actions, or lack thereof. We pray the Holy Spirit would convict their hearts, soften their resistance, and compel them to act with integrity and repentance. Let Psalm 37:6 be fulfilled in this situation: "He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun."

We also stand against the physical afflictions you’re facing. The harm done to your body through negligence is not trivial, and we declare healing over every affected area. Isaiah 53:5 reminds us, "By his stripes we are healed." We pray for complete restoration, skin renewed, strength returned, and any lingering effects of this ordeal reversed by the power of Christ. Let Jeremiah 30:17 be your testimony: "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord."

Financially, we rebuke the withholding of what is rightfully yours. The Lord sees every penny unjustly kept from you, and we pray He would open doors for full repayment, whether through the landlord’s conscience, legal avenues, or divine provision. Proverbs 3:27-28 instructs, "Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Don’t say to your neighbor, ‘Go, and come again; I will give it to you tomorrow,’ when you have it by you." May the Lord stir those in authority to act swiftly and justly.

We also encourage you to seek wise counsel if this matter requires legal or practical steps. While we trust God to move hearts, Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." You are not alone in this fight.

Lastly, we pray for your peace and trust in the Lord during this prolonged trial. It is easy to grow weary when justice seems delayed, but Galatians 6:9 exhorts us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." May the Lord sustain you, provide for your needs, and fill you with His presence as you wait on Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, the Righteous Judge and our Advocate. We ask You to intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand. Awaken the conscience of the landlord and the community house manager, Lord. Let them see the harm they have caused and move them to make restitution, returning every penny owed, covering all repair costs, and compensating for the suffering endured. We declare Your justice over this matter, Father, and trust that You will vindicate Your child.

We also pray for healing, physical, emotional, and financial. Touch every area of harm, Lord, and restore what has been lost. Strengthen our brother/sister in faith, reminding them that You are their Provider, Healer, and Defender. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let them rest in the assurance that You are working even when they cannot see it.

We rebuke every spirit of delay, injustice, and oppression in Jesus’ name. Let Your light expose every hidden wrong, and let Your mercy lead to repentance. We trust You to turn this situation around for Your glory and our brother/sister’s good. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
