Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (electric shocks) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, skin problems, medical treatments, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become inflamed and red in the areas where I received electric shocks. It may take years for the deeper layers of the skin to fully renew, which is awful. Please pray that the deeper tissues heal and that collagen is rebuilt where the skin was damaged.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in fervent prayer. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You move mightily in this matter. The electric shocks, skin damage, and financial burdens endured are not just physical or material losses, they are injustices that cry out for Your intervention.

Lord, we pray for the landlord and the community house manager. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We ask that You turn their hearts toward repentance and restitution. Stir their consciences by the power of the Holy Spirit, that they may recognize the harm caused and take responsibility. Let them not harden their hearts but instead be moved to make full restitution for the suffering endured. We declare that every debt owed, whether the security deposit, repair costs, or compensation for medical expenses, will be repaid in full, as You command in Leviticus 6:4-5: "Then it shall be, because he has sinned and is guilty, he shall restore that which he took by robbery, or the thing which he has gotten by oppression, or the deposit which was committed to him, or the lost thing which he found, or any thing about which he has sworn falsely; he shall restore it in full, and shall add a fifth part more to it."

We also lift up the physical healing needed. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord." We pray for the restoration of the skin, the renewal of deeper tissues, and the rebuilding of collagen. Let there be no lasting damage, but complete healing according to Your promise. We rebuke the effects of the electric shocks and command the body to be made whole in Jesus’ name.

Father, we know that perseverance in prayer is pleasing to You. Luke 18:1 reminds us, "He spoke a parable to them that they must always pray and not give up." Though it has been two months with no resolution, we will not grow weary. We stand on Your Word in Isaiah 61:8, which says, "For I, the Lord, love justice. I hate robbery and iniquity." We trust that You will bring justice in this situation.

We also encourage you to seek wise counsel, whether through legal avenues or godly mediation, as Proverbs 15:22 advises: "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Do not bear this burden alone, lean on the body of Christ for support and guidance.

Lastly, we pray for your heart. It is easy to grow bitter or discouraged when facing injustice, but we are called to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). We ask that You guard your heart from resentment and fill it with Your peace, knowing that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19). Trust in Him, for He sees all and will not leave you forsaken.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that this situation is not beyond Your reach. Move in power, bring justice, and let Your glory be revealed. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

That loss of safety is real, and we are glad you are taking your health seriously. Since you are seeing ongoing skin problems, we want to gently encourage you to stay connected with a doctor who can monitor the deeper tissue healing and the collagen rebuilding you mentioned. They can document what is happening now, which matters for both your health and any future steps. We are praying alongside that care, not instead of it.

In the meantime, we know the silence from the landlord and the house manager is exhausting. You paid for repairs that were not your responsibility, and promises to repay you have gone unkept. Something concrete you can do is to continue documenting everything, keep a simple log of all communications, promised repayments, and any new symptoms. This helps ground you in the facts when discouragement blurs everything together.

You have been remarkably patient. We are praying that the Holy Spirit stirs your landlord’s conscience deeply and that what is owed is returned swiftly. But right now, we are mostly asking for peace in your body and your mind.

Jesus, we lift up this dear one whose skin still carries the memory of harm. Please bring deep healing to those damaged tissues and rebuild what was broken. In the long silence, be their steady defender. Move the hearts of those who owe them money and justice, and let them act with integrity. Until that happens, hold this person close and give them rest from the stress of it all. We ask this in your name, Amen.

Long waiting and unanswered cries weigh heavily upon the spirit. When injustice seems to thrive and the wrongdoer sleeps on without a stir, it is a sore trial. But you must not mistake silence for safety, nor delay for denial. Your landlord’s conscience may be as one described of old, callous, seared as with a hot iron. When conscience did speak, you said, “Lay down, sir, be quiet!” So it is with many who stifle the inward monitor. Yet the Great Landlord has at all times the right to enter and leave His own property. He can awaken that sleeping conscience in an hour with a word that ploughs deep, taking deadly aim at the heart. Pray on then, not merely for the payment of money, but that the Holy Spirit would stir that man to true repentance, for we are never right till we are right with conscience, and conscience tells us we are never right till we are right with God.

But while you wait, see to your own house. A clear conscience, sprinkled with the blood of Christ, is better than any earthly compensation. Thrice is he armed that has his conscience clear. No armor of steel can so well protect a man as to know that before God he has walked in uprightness. Let not bitterness toward this landlord defile your spirit. You have suffered in your body, the red inflamed skin, the deeper tissues crying out for healing, and it is right to seek what is justly owed. Yet the Lord’s healing leaves are for you even now. The least thing about Christ is healing. A word of His, coming home to the heart, brings healing to head and heart, conscience and imagination, and yes, even to our mortal frame. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction at the cross.

Rest your case with Him who judges righteously. Trust Him with the foul disease of your habits of anxious thought, and with the touch of His healing finger you shall be made whole. Whether the money comes or tarries, the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings for your deeper need. Look less to the landlord’s conscience and more to the pardoning hand of Jesus. Let His presence be your peace, and leave your cause with the One who will settle every account in due season.

The shock that passed through your flesh is a warning, not merely of faulty wiring, but of a far more dangerous current: the love of money, which can jolt a soul into eternal ruin. This evil humor, like a thick film on the eye, now blinds your landlord. He does not see the damage he has done to his own conscience, nor the fire he stores up for himself. Pray for him, yes, but not chiefly that he returns your coins. Pray that the Holy Spirit pierces that cloud, even if no money ever comes. The repentance of a sinner is a greater marvel than any repayment.

You speak of skin inflamed, deeper tissues needing years to heal. Yet the skin is but an outward fashion. The soul’s sickness is what should alarm you. Are you not yourself in danger of that same inward inflammation, a feverish grasping after what is owed? When the mind counts every repair cost and obsesses over the security deposit, it becomes red and swollen with resentment. That wound is far harder to cure. Seek first the healing of the inner man, and the body’s healing may follow in God’s time.

You say you have prayed nearly two months with no answer. Does the tree fall at the first stroke? Ten blows seem useless, until the final one topples it. The hearing of the word, the persistence in prayer, these are the axe-strokes. Do not grow faint. Job lost more than you, yet when he bore it thankfully, God restored all, not because he demanded compensation, but because his trust was proven. If your money is never returned, your reward is greater; if it is returned, give thanks and hold it loosely.

As for the gifts of healing, they are indeed good, yet the Apostle ranks them below love. I would rather see you filled with love for that cruel landlord than covered with new skin. For love endures when the body fails. The ministers of Satan can disguise themselves as angels of light, and a landlord may promise repayment smoothly; but a soul trained in patient endurance cannot be deceived. Let your endurance of these wrongs be a louder testimony than any miracle.

Enter heaven now, not by changing your address, but by changing your disposition. Stand in that upper room of the soul, where the words of Christ sink deeper than any electric current. Then, whether the deposit is returned or the skin remains scarred, you possess the one treasure no landlord can withhold.

Your suffering and these ongoing injustices weigh heavily on my heart. The skin, that remarkable covering God designed for our bodies, bears the visible mark of what you have endured. It is no small thing when that protective mantle is harmed, and the pain you describe in the deeper tissues reminds us how our physical frame is fragile yet wonderfully made. I am lifting you up, asking the Lord Jesus to mend what has been damaged, to soothe the inflammation, and to rebuild the collagen and tissues far beneath the surface. He who formed our bodies from the dust is more than able to restore what has been broken, often in ways medicine cannot yet explain. We trust His healing power, even when the process feels unbearably slow.

There is a deeper truth woven through Scripture about skin: from the beginning, when sin left Adam and Eve exposed and ashamed, God Himself made tunics of skin to cover them. That first covering came only through sacrifice, the shedding of blood, pointing to the covering for guilt that only He can provide. The landlord’s debt to you is not merely financial; it is a matter of justice and conscience. I am praying that the Holy Spirit would stir him deeply, awakening a conviction that goes beyond legal obligation. Just as those coats of skin were given to cover nakedness, so the Lord can clothe a hardened heart with contrition and the impulse to make things right. May that same Spirit trouble the community house manager until every promise kept and every coin owed is returned to your hand.

While the silence and lack of remorse stretch on, remember that the Lord sees. He is not indifferent. The prophets spoke of leaves that would one day bring healing to the nations, a glimpse of a day when every wound is fully restored. In Christ, that restoration has begun, though we wait for its completion. So I pray not only for your skin’s healing but also that the God of all comfort would sustain your spirit. Let these trials drive you deeper into the shelter of the One who covers us with His righteousness, who will one day make all things new, where pain and injustice will be no more. Keep entrusting this to Him in Jesus’ mighty name.
