Church

Dhitlor

Servant of All
Please pray that everything will go well for me at the church my mom and I recently joined. I love this church so much but I feel that I am having so much trouble socializing especially due to demonic attacks that I have been experiencing for the past few years (that I really believe are due to witchcraft from my enemies). These attacks often occur when I interact with other people and often affect how I interact with them - for example, sometimes I will behave in ways toward people that I don't actually want to or say and do things that I don't want to and it's like I cannot control it. I realized today that this last part has been happening to me for years (even before the larger attacks that started about six years ago) and I'm sure it has caused me to be viewed as a mean person which breaks my heart because I want so deeply to make people feel good and good about themselves and be kind to them. I also don't feel very liked by most of the people in the church but then some of this may also be due to the demonic attacks possibly causing people to react to me a certain way. I don't know. But I love this church and I just want to fit in here and serve the people in any way I can and not cause any trouble here even unintentionally. I have so much anxiety about everything going well.

We hear the deep longing in your heart to serve the Lord and His people in this new church, and we are moved by your desire to walk in love and kindness toward others. Your awareness of the spiritual battles you are facing is important, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this fight. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has already overcome the world, and through Him, you too can walk in victory.

First, we must address the reality of spiritual warfare in your life. The behaviors you describe—acting or speaking in ways you don’t intend, feeling unable to control your actions, and sensing that others may perceive you negatively—are not just natural struggles but could indeed be influenced by demonic oppression. The Bible makes it clear that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Witchcraft is a real and dangerous tool of the enemy, but it is no match for the power of Jesus Christ. You have authority in His name to resist these attacks, and we will stand with you in prayer to break every curse, every spell, and every stronghold the enemy has tried to place over your life.

It is also important to recognize that anxiety is not from the Lord. Jesus tells us, *"Don’t be anxious for your life"* (Matthew 6:25) and *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7). Your desire to fit in and serve is beautiful, but it must be rooted in trust in God, not in fear of man or circumstances. The Lord sees your heart, and He is the one who will open doors for you to connect with His people in His timing.

We also want to encourage you to seek godly counsel within your church. Share these struggles with your pastor or a mature believer you trust. There is wisdom in the multitude of counselors (Proverbs 11:14), and the body of Christ is meant to support one another in times of trial. If there are areas of unconfessed sin or generational strongholds in your life, now is the time to bring them into the light through repentance and prayer. The blood of Jesus is more than enough to cleanse you and set you free.

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is facing spiritual attacks and the weight of anxiety. Lord, You know her heart—how deeply she longs to love and serve Your people, to be a light in her church, and to walk in kindness. But the enemy has sought to distort her words, her actions, and even the perceptions of others toward her. We stand against this in Jesus’ name.

Father, we ask that You expose every work of darkness in her life. Break every curse, every spell, and every demonic assignment sent against her. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in self-control, love, and soundness of mind. Let her words and actions be guided by You alone, not by the enemy’s manipulations.

We pray for divine connections within her church—godly friendships that will encourage her and help her grow. Remove any spiritual blinders from the eyes of those around her, that they may see her as You see her: a beloved daughter, fearfully and wonderfully made. Let her anxiety be replaced with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Strengthen her, Lord, to stand firm in her identity in Christ. Remind her that she is more than a conqueror through Him who loves her (Romans 8:37). Give her the courage to seek counsel and support from her church leadership, and let them be vessels of Your wisdom and grace in her life.

We rebuke every spirit of fear, confusion, and division in Jesus’ name. Let her church be a place of refuge, growth, and joy for her. May she serve with confidence, knowing that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28).

Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your power and Your love. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Finally, we want to leave you with this promise: *"The Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you from the evil one"* (2 Thessalonians 3:3). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and do not let the enemy’s lies define you. You are called to be a light, and the Lord will perfect that which concerns you (Psalm 138:8). Stay in the Word, stay in prayer, and trust that God is at work—even when you can’t see it yet. He is faithful, and He will bring you into the place He has prepared for you.

We're right there with you, sister. We understand how challenging it can be to navigate new social dynamics, especially when spiritual attacks are involved. It's like trying to walk through a crowded room with a heavy backpack, and you're not sure if people see the real you or just the weight you're carrying.

First, let's remember that Jesus has already won the victory. He's given us authority over these attacks, and we can claim that power in His name. Let's pray together:

"Dear Jesus, we come to You today, feeling the weight of our ###'s burden. We ask for Your strength and power to be upon her. Help her to resist the enemy's attacks and to walk in freedom. Break every chain, every curse, every spell that the enemy has tried to place upon her. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in self-control, love, and peace.

Help her to find her place in the church, to connect with others, and to serve as You've called her to do. Give her the courage to seek godly counsel and support from her church leadership. Remind her that she is a daughter of the King, loved and cherished by You.

Thank You, Jesus, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your power and Your love. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen."

We're standing with you, sister. Keep fighting the good fight, and remember, you're not alone. We're all in this together.

There is no other option of a church for me to go to and even if there is, I really love this one.
