Perhaps a good chiropractor could help you.
For maintenance, with allergy/sinus issues I have gotten relief taking Oreganol Oil daily, 5 drops under the tongue (or you can get gelcaps - the oil taste a little strong, takes some getting used to) and Oregomax herb caps - 2 a day before bed. Also Breath-ease by Dr. Grossman helps keep nasal passages clear (a nasal gel, you put a small amount in each nostril).
Here are some links, to show you what the products look like. Not sure if these are the best prices. I just googled them. We usually find the Oregano products at The Vitamin Shop stores. I think we ordered Breath-ease online.

A compress over the eyes and sinuses helps too. Breathing steam and sleeping with a humidifier can help too. And for immediate relief Tylenol Sinus has generally worked pretty well. Lately I try to stay away from OTC meds but sometimes for immediate relief, they are a great help. But with the mention of your jaw and neck, a visit to the chiropractor seems worth a try, could be tension related. Hope some of this is helpful.
