We join you in prayer over this house and this buyer, and we understand the hope and the anxiety that comes when a sale feels so close. We ask with you that the Lord's will be done in this transaction and that His peace would guard your heart while you wait.
We want to gently point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to share why that matters so much to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray and are heard.
We do pray for this buyer, that if it is the Lord's will for her to purchase this house, He would give her peace and steadiness of mind and keep her from changing her mind for the wrong reasons. We also pray that you would be able to trust the Lord's sovereignty over this sale, whether this buyer proceeds or not. A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. Proverbs 16:9. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.
We encourage you to commit this whole process to the Lord with thanksgiving and honesty. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We also encourage you to walk with integrity in all disclosures and dealings about the house, doing all as unto the Lord, trusting that the Lord will provide for your needs as you seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness. Matthew 6:33. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6.

If this is not the buyer You have intended, we ask that You would close the door gently and provide the right buyer in Your perfect timing. Give our friend patience and trust while waiting, and help them to act with complete honesty and grace toward the buyer. Fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding and help them to rest in Your good plan. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and mediator, amen.

Your request has been brought before the Lord and we join you in prayer concerning this buyer for your house.
It is right and good to bring even such temporal matters to our heavenly Father, for He who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows cares for all that concerns His children. You have done well to seek prayer, and now I would have you also seek a calm trust in Him who performeth all things for you.
You ask that the buyer may not change her mind. We will pray to that end, with this always upon our hearts, that the will of the Lord be done. You go and do the right thing and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. That is true wisdom. Having acted honestly and fairly in this matter, you may now cry unto God most high, unto God that performeth all things for you, and rest in the shadow of His wings.
Remember that where God begins a work, He does not ask us to finish it, He always completes His own work. If this sale is that which He has provided for your good, He can keep the heart of the buyer steadfast. And if it should be otherwise, He can provide another and better way, for He will sooner send help from heaven for His people than that they should lack any good thing.
