Bullying without end

There are people being tortured to death with prolonged physical assaults that last for days on end, months, and even years... these are gang stalking victims who are just trying to live their lives but aren't being given the opportunity. Please pray that God would attack those who attack people for simply trying to live in peace. Pray that He would intervene.

We hear the heaviness of this request and we stand with you and with every person who is enduring prolonged cruelty, bullying, and assault while simply trying to live in peace. Our hearts break for those who suffer day after day, month after month, and we bring this great injustice before the Lord together, knowing that He sees what is done in secret and He does not look away.

We rebuke the evil of those who torment, stalk, and torture the innocent. Such violence is an abomination to God. For it is written, There are six things which Yahweh hates, yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers. Proverbs 6:16-19. And again, Defend the weak and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked. Psalm 82:3-4. God is not indifferent to suffering, He is close to those who are crushed by it, for The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:17-18.

We understand the cry for God to attack those who attack the helpless, and we share your longing for justice and intervention. Scripture teaches us that justice belongs to the Lord and He will repay in His perfect righteousness and timing. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. This does not mean we stay silent, it means we entrust judgment to Him who judges justly, while we pray earnestly for Him to intervene, to restrain the hand of the oppressor, to expose hidden deeds, and to deliver the afflicted. We pray also as Jesus taught us to pray for even our enemies to come to repentance, that they would turn from cruelty and be transformed, for God desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance, yet if they refuse, His justice will not be delayed forever.

We also notice that this request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why His name matters so deeply to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And again, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is because Jesus shed His blood for us and rose again that we can boldly bring these heavy burdens to God and know He hears us.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we ask You to intervene for every person who is being stalked, bullied, beaten, and tortured without rest. You see each prolonged assault, You know the fear and exhaustion and pain that lasts for days and months and years, and we ask You to be their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. Surround them with Your protection, make a way of escape where there seems to be none, and let Your justice be revealed. We ask that You would frustrate the plans of those who do evil, bring their hidden acts into the light, and stop their hands from harming the innocent. We pray that You would comfort the brokenhearted and heal the trauma that such prolonged abuse brings, for You have promised, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. We pray for the oppressors, that You would convict their hearts, that they would repent and turn from their wicked ways before Your judgment comes, and if they will not repent, we trust You to execute righteousness and justice in Your perfect way. Give wisdom and courage to victims to seek help and not walk alone, lead them to trustworthy authorities, to a local church family, and to counselors who will believe them, support them, and help them find safety. Let them know they are not forgotten and that You hear their cry. Yahweh, you have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more. Psalm 10:17-18. We ask all of this in the saving and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our defender, Amen.

We encourage those who are suffering not to isolate themselves. Please reach out to a trusted pastor, a biblical counselor, and where you are in danger, to local authorities or a safe help center, and keep a record and bring witnesses where you can. Stay rooted in the Word and in prayer, and lean on the body of Christ to bear this burden with you, for God often brings His deliverance through His people. Keep crying out to Him, for He does not grow weary of hearing you, and He will act according to His perfect will.

We join you in asking God to bring His justice and mercy into places where people are hurting, to restrain what is evil, to protect those who are vulnerable, and to make His presence known as refuge and strength. We also ask Him to give wisdom to those who can help bring safety and relief, and to comfort hearts that feel overwhelmed by how much suffering there is in the world.

When these thoughts feel especially heavy, it can help to not carry them alone. If you have a trusted pastor, counselor, or mature friend, consider sharing what you are carrying with them and praying together in person as well. Staying rooted in community and in quiet time with the Lord can help guard your own peace as you intercede for others.

We pray, Father, we lift to You all who feel unsafe or harassed and we ask for Your protection over them. Bring intervention where there is harm, bring comfort where there is fear, and lead those who are suffering toward help and hope. Guard our friend's heart too with Your peace as they pray, and guide them by Your wisdom day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

It's not about vengeance as the victims are often not vengeful people or cruel like those who torture them. It's about proving to their enemies that they have no business being in their lives and to discourage them from torturing innocent people who have done nothing for years on end (and are being punished for it). These victims can't escape by being silent either, as their silence is only wanted at a specific day and time and they're tortured until they react (and obviously don't know the time they're not supposed to react to their torture which is why it's never ending). Also, by asking God to kill and attack His enemies who hurt His children without cause, we're asking for His will since 'it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you.' - 2 Thessalonians 1:6

Your cry concerning prolonged assaults and cruel bullying has been heard, and it is right to bring such sorrows before the Lord, for He is gracious and He marks the oppressions that come upon the sons of men.

Scripture teaches us that our afflictions may come distinctly from man, as the result of persecution or malice, and yet they may come with even greater certainty from the Lord and may be the necessary outcome of His special love to us. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes. If this evil comes apart from Divine permission, where are we? How can a trial be met which is independent of Divine rule and outside of the sacred zone of Providential government? It is hopeful when we find that all our ills lie within the fence of Omnipotent overruling. This does not make the cruelty less real or less sinful, but it reminds us that no pit is so deep that God does not see it from the height of His sanctuary in Heaven, and no power of darkness is so strong that He cannot deliver from it.

Our help comes from the Lord, who has made Heaven and Earth. Deliverance is by Divine power alone. When any man is saved from spiritual bondage or from the violence of this present evil world, it is the Lord Jesus who loosens the captive. He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit: I have found a ransom. That ransom is Christ Himself, given in love. And it is written, He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of God's dear Son. What man cannot restrain, what law cannot reach, what long endurance cannot outlast, the Lord can overrule and redeem in a moment, for He acts from good reasons and His mercy is sovereign.

We will pray with you, and we pray in the way Scripture directs us to pray.

We pray that the Lord would set His face against all cruelty and oppression, that He would restrain the hand of the violent, expose what is done in darkness, and bring the works of torment to an end. We pray that He would be a refuge and a strong tower to those who are hunted and wearied, that He would deliver them from going down to the pit, preserve their lives, and lift them into safety and peace. We pray that He would grant to magistrates and to all who have lawful charge, wisdom and courage to do justice and to protect the peaceable.

And because vengeance belongs unto the Lord, we do not ask Him to make us avengers, but we ask Him to execute His own righteous judgment in His own holy way, and to show mercy even to those who do evil, that they may be turned from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins through faith in Christ. The same grace that can deliver the oppressed can also change the heart of the oppressor, and we have seen some who once loved darkness delivered from it and made wonders of Divine Grace.

Take your burden then to Christ, who alone is the ransom and the Redeemer. Store your mind with His knowledge and His glory. Seek to know the Lord Jesus, for He has borne the deepest affliction Himself and He lives to intercede. Though the saint may be much tried and bowed, the clouds at last are removed and the heart rejoices in the sunlight of Divine Love. May it be so for those for whom you intercede, that they shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

We have received your prayer request and we have brought it before the Lord with heaviness of heart. To endure prolonged assault and to feel hunted while simply trying to live in peace is a terrible burden, and God sees and hears those who suffer in this way.

We want to pray with you both for protection and for justice, and to do so as Scripture teaches us to pray. The Lord does not always promise His people immediate deliverance from suffering, but He does promise to be present in it, to give strength to stand above fear, and to fix our hope on the immortality of the soul and the life to come. He grants more than escape from death when He teaches us to despise the power of death itself through Christ, who has delivered us from the curse and brought us into sonship.

Scripture also speaks of the righteous judgment of God. There is a day when He will crown those who have endured with faithfulness and when He will address with perfect justice those who have done evil. Vengeance belongs to Him, not to us. Our part is to entrust ourselves and those who harm us to His justice and mercy. He mingles justice with mercy, desiring repentance even from those who do great wrong, while also promising that no suffering borne for His sake is forgotten or wasted. As a branch is pruned so that it may bear more fruit, so God can use even seasons of persecution to strengthen and refine His people, though He never delights in the cruelty itself.

So we pray for you and for all who feel stalked, tormented, and without opportunity to live in peace:

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask You to intervene. Put a hedge of protection around those who are being harmed and make their suffering known. Restrain the hands of those who plan and carry out violence, bring their deeds into the light, and bring them to justice according to Your perfect righteousness. Grant repentance where there is hardness of heart. For those who are weary, grant comfort, safety, wisdom, and strength to endure. Lift their eyes to Your promises, guard their minds and bodies, and provide faithful people to stand with them and help them. Let them know they are not forgotten, for You are near to the brokenhearted. We ask this trusting in Your mercy and Your righteous rule, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
