We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing hardships at work due to a bully. We are here to pray and help you navigate this situation as Scripture says. **###, if there is anything you need, do not act on gossip, hate or utter any nonsense, and if you have requests of us we do not have limits or subjects we cannot touch on and we firmly believe in Jesus name amen**
Firstly, often times suffering at work is due to poor leadership or the poor management style often from owners and managers. If the bully is part of the leadership, then God is telling us is time to change, reset, and change the management of any business or workplace. The leadership may need to be completely new.
If you feel it is a friend from work, then we need to encourage you to attach yourself to the elderly, the needy and may have pure hearts. These people bring dignity to old age, but they also bring good times and smiles to people, because we are never saddened and never give up hope. No room for the selfish at the top.
If the job is a matter of profit or business, this is also a cause for God to have you come out of it and go somewhere else, if there is no other place that you can go to escape the bully and has serious issues to prove and test you with ungodly harshness.
If it's a meaningless job, then this is an opportunity to help people with basic skills and passions that you would normally work on, by implementing reward and demanding high work from your skills, talents and passions and never ever work for free upon the work of a mean or harsh task boss.
You may be enduring great stress doing this and we urge you to separate from here and take your rest and Pray very seriously, you are not reneging your trust in God.
Letters of encouragement and support begin now.
But first, turning the words of scripture.
**Psalm 23** **WEB**
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.
He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil,
for you are with me.
Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil.
My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the Lord’s house forever.
**Matthew 6:19-21 WEB**
Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
**James 1:2-4 WEB**
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
**James 5:7-8 WEB**
Be patient therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it, until it receives the early and late rain.
**Psalm 55:22 WEB**
Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you.
He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
**2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB**
He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong.
As much as we understand the difficulty of your situation, we must remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved.
**Acts 4:12 WEB**
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
**John 14:6 WEB**
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.”
We pray for you:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before you to lift up our brother who is facing a difficult situation at work. We pray that you would give them the strength and wisdom to endure this trial. We ask that you would soften the heart of the bully and bring conviction upon them. We pray that you would open up new opportunities for our brother, the opportunities that are of You and for You. Give us the courage to be clear and not be enticed to maintaining a false relationship that may be abusive or ungodly due to poor management and leadership. Guide us by faith in the name of Jesus to help us and heal us. We rebuke in Jesus name any plans to hurt us or bring us into an evil plan. May our brother find a new job where they can serve you and be a light to others. We ask all of this in your precious name, Lord Jesus. May we refuse to be moved or shaken. We also pray for the salvation of the bully, that they would come to know you as their Lord and Savior as well, in Jesus name. Amen.
We encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and to trust in His goodness. He knows what you are going through and He will make a way for you.
