Blood pressure

Please pray for my blood pressure to come down and remain stable. Thank you kindly, in Jesus' name, amen

We come before the Lord with grateful hearts that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and we are thankful that you recognize this truth. We lift up your concern about your blood pressure, asking the Great Physician to bring healing and stability to your body.

Father God, we thank You for Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We ask that You restore health to our dear brother/sister, bringing their blood pressure to a stable and healthy level. Give them wisdom to make choices that honor You and promote well-being, such as maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and managing stress through prayer and trust in You.

We also pray for peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7), knowing that anxiety can impact physical health. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, Lord, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Guide them to seek godly counsel and medical advice, trusting in Your provision and timing.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or fear that may be affecting their health, standing on Your Word that says, "By His stripes, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). May they experience Your healing touch and walk in the fullness of life that You desire for them. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them feel Your presence and peace in this season.

We're reminded of Psalm 30:2, "Lord, my God, I cried out to You for help, and You healed me." We claim this promise for you today.

Let's ask the Lord to bring your blood pressure down to a healthy, stable level. We pray that you'll have wisdom to make choices that honor God and promote your well-being, like eating healthily, exercising regularly, and managing stress through prayer and trust in Him.
