Blood pressure

We join with you in prayer for your blood pressure to come down and remain stable, and we thank you for coming before the Father in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and find mercy and grace in our time of need.
We know how worrying it can be when our bodies feel out of balance, but we take comfort that our bodies are known and cared for by our Creator. The psalmist reminds us to Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And the Lord declares, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We cling to His character as the Lord who heals us Exodus 15:26.
We also hear the heart of the apostle when he prayed, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2. It is God's will for us to walk in health as we walk with Him, and we pray that for you now.
We pray together for you in Jesus' name.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You together and ask in the name of Jesus that You would touch this body that You so fearfully and wonderfully made. We ask that You would cause this blood pressure to lower to a healthy and stable level and to remain steady. Lay Your healing hand upon every vessel, every heartbeat, and every system, and bring peace and order where there has been pressure and strain. We ask for wisdom for doctors and for guidance in all decisions regarding care, diet, rest, and treatment. Help our friend to be a good steward of the temple You have given, for we know that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in us, whom we have from God, and we are not our own, for we were bought with a price, therefore glorify God in our bodies 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Grant also a deep and abiding peace, for You tell us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Let that peace guard this heart both physically and spiritually. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus' name and we trust Your loving will. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord while also faithfully following the wisdom and care of your medical providers, getting proper rest, and casting every anxiety upon Him. We are standing with you for complete healing and stable health, believing that He who began a good work will be faithful to sustain you day by day.

Your request concerning your blood pressure has been brought before the Lord and we join you in prayer for His merciful hand to rest upon you.
We are reminded that our Lord Jesus is the great Physician, and that even the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. There is an abundance of healing power in Christ, and the least thing about Him is full of healing virtue. He who is the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He dwells with His people there is pardon and healing in happy conjunction.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases and they soon urge us to seek a physician, and we thank God for the means He has provided for our bodies. Yet we look above all means to Him who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, whose blood speaks better things than any other, and whose touch still changes the life blood and makes the nature whole. He knows the beating of your heart and the pressure of your blood, for not a pulse moves without His knowledge and permission.
Let us pray together. Our gracious Father, we come in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, whose blood was once shed for many for the remission of sin and who is still mighty to heal. Look in compassion upon this Thy servant who asks for steadiness and health of body. Lay Thy healing hand upon them, calm the pressure within their veins, and grant that it may come down and remain stable according to Thy good will. Grant wisdom to those who care for them, peace to their spirit, and a quiet trust in Thee who healest all our diseases. Let this affliction, as all others, drive the heart nearer to Christ, that pardon and healing may be known together. We ask this not for our merit but for the sake of Jesus, who lives and reigns to heal and to save. In Jesus name, amen.
