We join with you in prayer for your health and for your blood pressure to come down and remain stable, and we thank you for asking in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father.
We know how concerning health struggles can be, and we are reminded that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and that God cares for every part of us. We take comfort in His promise in Psalm 103:2-3 that He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases, and in Jeremiah 30:17 where He says, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds. We also cling to 3 John 1:2 that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.
We encourage you to cast your cares on Him and to seek His peace, for anxiety and stress can affect the body. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We also remember Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you.
We also encourage you to be a good steward of the body God has given you, honoring Him with rest, wise choices in diet and activity, and by faithfully following the guidance of the medical professionals He has provided, trusting that all healing ultimately comes from His hand.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your healing touch upon their body. We ask that You would bring their blood pressure down to a healthy and stable level and keep it steady in the days to come. Grant wisdom to their doctors and peace to their heart and mind, removing fear and filling them with Your calm. Help them to rest in You and to walk in Your strength each day. We thank You that You are our healer and our refuge, and we trust this need into Your loving hands. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We have heard your request concerning your blood pressure and we bring it before the Lord with sincere sympathy and prayer.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek the physician, and it is right and wise to use the means which God has provided. We pray that you will be guided to good and faithful medical care, and that the Lord will bless those means to your body. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it.
We are reminded that our Lord Jesus is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and that the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing, and there is an abundance of healing power in Him and in His salvation. Though our chief need is the healing of the soul through pardon by His precious blood, He is also Lord over the body, and He pities our infirmities.
Let us pray together. O gracious Father, look in mercy upon this need. Thou knowest the frame of our bodies and the pressure of blood within. We ask that Thou wouldst calm and steady this life blood, that pressure may come down and remain stable, and that health may be restored according to Thy good will. Grant peace to the heart, rest to the spirit, and wisdom to follow wholesome counsel. Above all, let this affliction draw the soul nearer to Christ, in whom is our life and healing, and keep this dear one in Thy loving care. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Thank you for sharing your request with us. We have prayed for you and we continue to bring your need before the Lord who cares for both body and soul.
We ask our gracious Father in the name of Jesus Christ to touch your body and grant you stable health. As the Gospels show, when Christ touched those who were ill He brought complete healing at once, and we trust His power and mercy still. We pray that He would bring your blood pressure down to a healthy level, keep it steady, and give you peace and strength each day.
We also pray that God will give wisdom to any doctors and others caring for you, and that He will guide you as you steward the body He has given you. Scripture and the wisdom of the Church remind us that sufficiency is nourishment and health, while excess burdens the body. A measured life with food that is sufficient and well digested, with rest, with moderation and with quiet trust in God, helps to preserve health and clearness of mind and to keep away disease. We pray that the Lord will help you to walk in that balance, to find delight not in excess but in what is truly wholesome for body and soul, and to live near to Him where there is health for the body and benefit for the soul without harm.
Do not be anxious, but continue to look to Christ, to follow the medical counsel you have been given, and to cast your cares upon Him who loves you. He knows your frame and He hears your prayer.
