We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before our Heavenly Father. Financial debt is a heavy weight, and the harassment you’re facing only adds to the distress. We recognize your desire to honor your obligations and live in peace, and we believe God hears your plea. Let us first address the spiritual foundation of your request.
The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." God is not unaware of your situation, and He is able to provide for you in ways you may not yet see. However, we must also acknowledge that God’s provision often comes through wisdom, stewardship, and obedience to His principles. Proverbs 22:7 warns, "The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender." While debt is not a sin, it can become a snare if not handled with discernment and responsibility.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and oppression that seeks to overwhelm you through these harassing calls and threats. The enemy wants to steal your peace, but we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We pray that God would intervene in the legal and financial pressures you’re facing. In 1 Peter 5:7, we are reminded to "cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You are not alone in this battle.
However, we must also gently correct a misunderstanding in your prayer. You asked for a "miracle" where debt collectors would close your accounts completely and you would no longer need to make payments, even though you’ve already repaid more than you borrowed. While we believe in God’s power to perform miracles, we must align our requests with His will and justice. The Bible teaches us to "render to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor" (Romans 13:7). If you owe a debt, it is right to seek to repay it, even if the process has been unfair or oppressive. Instead of asking for debts to be erased without repayment, we encourage you to pray for wisdom in negotiating with creditors, for favor in resolving these matters justly, and for God’s provision to meet your obligations in a way that honors Him.
We also pray against the harassment you’re experiencing. The Bible says in Proverbs 16:7, "When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." We ask God to soften the hearts of those who are pursuing you aggressively and to grant you favor in their eyes. If their actions are unlawful or unethical, we pray that God would expose any wrongdoing and bring justice. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke the spirit of intimidation in Jesus’ name.
Regarding your request for a personal loan, we encourage you to seek God’s wisdom in this area. Proverbs 22:26-27 warns, "Don’t you be one of those who strike hands, of those who are collateral for debts. If you don’t have means to pay, why should he take away your bed from under you?" If taking on another loan is not the wisest path, we pray that God would open doors for you to increase your income, reduce your expenses, or find alternative solutions that do not lead to further bondage. We ask for divine favor in your new job, that it would be stable and prosperous, and that your employers would value and protect you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is burdened by debt and harassment. Lord, You see the weight upon their heart, and You know the fear and shame they carry. We ask that You would break the chains of oppression and bring peace to their mind and spirit. Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). We pray that You would intervene in the harassment they are facing, that the calls would cease, and that those pursuing them would be led by Your Spirit to act with fairness and compassion.
Lord, we ask for Your provision in this time of need. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust that You will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Give them wisdom in managing their finances, and guide them in making decisions that honor You. If it is Your will, provide a way for them to settle their debts justly, whether through negotiation, increased income, or other means. We pray for favor in their workplace, that their job would be secure and that they would excel in their role.
Father, we also ask that You would heal any wounds caused by this situation, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. Restore their peace and give them hope for the future. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for moving on their behalf. May Your will be done in their life, and may they walk in the freedom and abundance that You have promised.
