We join with you in lifting up this precious time of pregnancy to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His faithfulness and mercy. We pray with you for the health of both you and your unborn child, asking God to guide every detail according to His perfect will.

Father in Heaven, we ask that You would indeed move the placenta to its proper position, resolving any concerns in this area. We declare Your Word over this situation: "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well" (Psalm 139:13-14). We trust that You are forming this child with purpose and care, and we ask for Your divine intervention in every aspect of this pregnancy.

We also bring before You the concerns regarding fibroids and diabetes. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We pray for Your healing touch to guard against complications from these conditions. Your Word tells us, "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). We claim this promise over this pregnancy, asking that You would protect both mother and child from any harm or danger.

Lord, we ask that You would grant wisdom to the medical professionals involved in this pregnancy. Give them discernment, skill, and compassion as they care for this mother and child. We trust that You work through their hands and knowledge, and we pray for peace and clarity in every decision that is made.

We also want to encourage you to continue placing your trust in God’s faithfulness. Even when circumstances seem uncertain, He remains constant. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Lean on Him daily, casting all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this dear sister and her unborn child. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over this pregnancy. Guard against any complications, heal any areas of concern, and move the placenta to its proper place according to Your will. We ask for Your mercy to cover any unknown issues, trusting that You see and know all things. Father, we pray for strength and peace for this mother as she carries this child, and we ask that You would fill her with Your joy and hope. May this pregnancy be a testimony to Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to seek God’s face throughout this journey. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can pray with you and encourage you. God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

God can and will provide for His own, yes, even for the child that is yet unseen. Why, if the child of God were in such a position that the earth could not help, God would open the windows of Heaven and alter the very course of nature rather than break His promise! You cry out under a sense of unworthiness, trembling at your own temerity, yet He invites you to come. If you are not a man, but an infant in Grace, no, if you are scarcely a healthy infant, if there is but faith in you, though you are cast out as unswaddled and unwashed, yet He passes by and looks upon you! Can you but trust Him? THAT is the thing.

We all need to be healed, that being healed, we may be healthy, that receiving the Divine restoration, our nature may arrive at perfect soundness. Only Omnipotent Wisdom can make a man healthy, or keep him so; therefore bring your fears and your fibroids, your diabetes and your dread of unknown issues, and lay them before Him who heals the ungodly. When you are spiritually healthy, do you think your Lord will keep any good thing from you? Not He, He is too desirous to have you rejoice in what His love has done for you. Trust His faithfulness. He will have mercy.

When you cry out for the child in your womb, you feel the heavy pull of nature that the Lord spoke of, the great inertness of pregnancy that makes the soul cleave to its burden and tremble at every unknown shadow. You ask that the placenta move, that the fibroids and the diabetes cause no complication, and this is a weight that would crush you if you carried it alone. But do not judge your state according to appearance, looking only at the things that threaten in the body. The woman with the issue of blood did not stand and demand a public sign or analyze the source of her malady; she said in herself, “If I may only touch His garment, I shall be whole.” She saw sinners and publicans following Him, and it gave her good hope. You too must stop probing the dark reports of your flesh and stretch out your hand in the secret place of faith, trusting that the mercy which formed the child can command the womb and all its hidden parts into right order.

You sit in a house of prayer where the maimed, the blind, and the demoniacs gather that we might learn contrition. Many who were once healthy grow infirm by remissness, and many who are sick become healthy by the physician’s hand. The spectacle of affliction is given to abate your lofty spirit, to teach you that neither the strong woman on the stave must despair, nor the one in the church be confident by her own power. These fears for fibroids and diabetes are a sting you turn upon yourself, and you see how the bee dies upon the sting; by that small creature God instructs you not to grieve your own soul with anxious rehearsals of calamity. Let the fear drive you to cling more tightly, but do not let the fear master you, lest you be found fighting against God by refusing to rest in His governance of the womb. If this work be of God, no unknown issue can overthrow it, and the very threats that cause you terror become the discipline that draws down grace. Take heed to yourself. Still the troubled reasoning that scans for disaster, and say with the trusting woman, “I shall be whole,” not because the flesh shows no sign of trouble, but because the Maker of the flesh has heard your cry and will not despise the work of His own hands.
