Blessing

Dear God, I pray for my family and loved ones so that you may bless them. I bring especially my beloved ### before You. Bless her son, remove her worries and problems, guard her from evil, calm her heart with Your Holy Spirit and lead her towards You. I also ask You to bring me peace, remove obstacles and strengthen our love in ways that bring honor to You. In the name of Jesus, amen.

We lift this heartfelt prayer to our Heavenly Father, grateful for the love and concern expressed for family and loved ones. It is beautiful to see a heart desiring God’s blessings, peace, and protection over those dear to you, especially . We join with you in praying for her son, asking the Lord to surround him with His grace, wisdom, and favor. May the Lord indeed remove her worries and problems, replacing them with His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). We pray that the Holy Spirit would calm her heart, drawing her ever closer to the Father, where she will find rest and strength in His presence (Matthew 11:28-30).

We also stand with you in asking God to bring you peace and remove any obstacles that may be hindering your walk with Him. It is clear that your desire is for love, both yours and hers, to honor the Lord, and we pray that He would strengthen and purify that love according to His will. However, we must gently address a concern in this prayer. The language of "our love" suggests a relationship that may not be aligned with biblical principles, particularly if it is outside the covenant of marriage. Scripture is clear that love between a man and a woman is to be honored within the bounds of marriage, as God designed (Hebrews 13:4). If this is a courtship, we encourage you both to seek the Lord’s guidance with the intention of marriage, ensuring that your relationship is built on Christ and His Word (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this is not a courtship leading toward marriage, we must rebuke any emotional or physical intimacy outside of marriage, as it is not pleasing to God (1 Corinthians 6:18-20).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You and be saved (Acts 4:12). Lord, we thank You for the love You have placed in our hearts for others, and we ask that You would bless and her son abundantly. Remove their burdens, guard them from evil, and fill their hearts with Your peace. Father, we also ask that You would bring clarity and wisdom to the one praying, that they may walk in a way that honors You in all their relationships. If this love is meant to lead to marriage, we pray for Your guidance and blessing over their union. If not, we ask that You would redirect their hearts to seek Your will above all else. Strengthen their faith, remove obstacles, and let Your Holy Spirit lead them in every step. We pray for repentance where sin has entered in, and we ask for Your forgiveness and restoration. May all things be done for Your glory and in accordance with Your Word. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek the Lord diligently in this matter, surrendering your desires to Him and trusting that His plans are perfect (Jeremiah 29:11). If this relationship is not one that can honor God within the bounds of marriage, we urge you to release it to Him, trusting that He will provide what is best in His timing. Continue to pray, study Scripture, and seek godly counsel to ensure that your steps align with God’s will. You are not alone in this journey, we stand with you in prayer and support as you seek to honor the Lord in all things.

We love how specifically you’re bringing ### before God, not just a general “bless her,” but naming her worries, her sense of safety, her son, and the quiet pull you long for her to feel toward God. That kind of prayer is already part of how God works in someone’s life, whether they realize it or not.

What stands out to us is how many of your requests are about a heart at rest: calm her heart, bring me peace, remove obstacles. That tells us you’re carrying a lot of weight right now, maybe more than you let on. And when we care deeply for someone, their unrest can easily become our own. But your prayer already started pointing in the right direction, you asked God to lead her toward Him, not to fix everything yourself. That’s a real act of trust in a situation where you can’t control the outcome.

One thing that may help is simply speaking a blessing directly over ###, even if only in your own private prayer time. There’s something grounding about saying out loud the good you hope God will do, naming her by name, thanking God for who she is, and entrusting her future to His care. You don’t need her to hear it, and you don’t need to figure out exactly how God will work. You’re just participating in what He’s already doing.

We join you now in that prayer.

Father, in Jesus’ name we lift up ### to You. You know the worries she carries and where her heart feels unsettled. Guard her from what would pull her away from You, and send Your Spirit to quiet what is anxious within her. Bless her son and meet the needs she may not even know how to voice. And for the one who prays for her, bring a genuine peace that doesn’t depend on outcomes but rests in Your faithfulness. Remove what stands in the way of healing and wholeness, for both of them. We trust You with all of it. Amen.

When his soul began to expand itself in holy and loving prayer for his erring brethren, then the heart of God showed itself to him. Intercessory prayer is a most excellent thing, for first, it benefits those who use it. Pray for one another earnestly, habitually, fervently, and you will knit your hearts together in love as the heart of one man. When thou art permitted to come very near to his throne, and he saith to thee, “Ask, and I will give thee what thou wilt”; when thy faith is strong, thine eye clear, thine access near, thine interest sure, and the love of God sweetly shed abroad in thy heart, then take the petitions of thy poor brethren.

You must spell all other love in little letters, but spell LOVE to God in the largest capitals you can find! Love Him intensely, love the Lord, all you His saints, without any limit to your love! If you want to be happy and to do the best thing that is possible in your whole life, love your God! Love to God will also strengthen you for service. Love laughs at what men call impossibilities! He that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

Come to the Lord and Giver of peace. Come to Jesus who is our peace! Plead now this promise, “The Lord will bless His people with peace.”

Apart from Christ, you cannot approach God, and God operating upon your heart, without faith in Christ, will not be the ground of any comfort to you. Whatever God may be doing in you, or may not be doing in you, is not the thing that you are to look to as the foundation of your hope! It all lies in a nutshell. If I have come to Jesus and have put my trust in Him, my nature is, in itself, so averse to this way of salvation that, if I have really and from my heart accepted it, there must have been upon my heart an operation from God to bring me into this condition!

My son, give Me your heart. It were an embarrassment rather than an advantage to receive love from those to whom we would not return it. When God asks human love, it is because God is Love. It is an instance of infinite condescension that God should say, “My son, give Me your heart.”

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The prayer you offer asks that your love be strengthened in ways that bring honor to God. Let us take this desire seriously, for the honor of God is the measure of all things. You speak of removing obstacles. The greatest obstacles are not external circumstances or another person's worries, but the war within your own soul. When the body is at variance with the spirit, raising up evil desires and arming sensual pleasures against it, there can be no true peace. What advantage is it if the world around you is calm, yet you are at war with yourself? That third kind of war is the most grievous, and from it none escapes without danger.

You bring a beloved before the Lord. But consider carefully the nature of this bond. Holiness, without which no one will see the Lord, must govern every affection. There is a beauty that withers before twenty years have passed, a beauty that disease and anxiety destroy, a beauty admired with wantonness. But the beauty that is cultivated for heaven is ever blooming, ever in its prime, untouched by age or worry. Upon which beauty have you set your gaze? If this love is not ordered toward godliness and honesty, then the peace you seek for it is not the peace of God but a human peace, which comes from satisfying desires or avoiding suffering, a peace that quickly dissolves.

Christ’s peace is not the fragile truce of the world. He does not say, "Peace be unto you" simply, but a peace that renders us stronger by setting us at one with Him and with holiness. That peace is an umpire in our hearts. When thoughts of anger, envy, or unclean desire fight within us, the peace of God awards the prize to the thought that bids us endure and remain pure. Not all concord is a good thing, even robbers agree together, and a peace built on sin is more grievous than any open war. Examine, then, whether this relationship brings that holy peace to your soul, or whether it stirs a war by placing your heart where it ought not to be. If the bond is one that runs counter to the commands of God, then to pray for its strengthening is to invite a false peace, a mutinous calm that fails to separate you from what must be amputated for the health of your soul.

Pray instead for the peace that reconciles earth to heaven. Ask that the Angel of peace guard your heart, that you may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. If your beloved is truly to be led toward God, let that leading begin with you, by your own unwavering submission to His law, by a love that refuses to defile itself, and by making no provision for desires that wage war against the spirit. There you will find a peace fixed and steadfast, and love that truly honors Him.
