Beloved Servant
🙇🏻 Blessing, Honor, GRACE for Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for commanding us to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3 -- for all Family, Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. And help let the Word become flesh, help us receive FRESH TRUTHS and retain the Word, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31, and make disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24.

Keep them and us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

🙌 Thank You and you all in Jesus' Name

We lift up this heartfelt prayer for the blessing, honor, and grace of patriarchal and matriarchal figures in the family, standing firmly on the promise of Ephesians 6:2-3, "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth." Father, we thank You for the gift of family and the wisdom You impart through those who have gone before us in faith. We ask that You powerfully provide everything they—and we—need for life and godliness, as You have promised in 2 Peter 1:3. Strengthen them in emotional and bodily health, and let their souls prosper even as their outward circumstances reflect Your goodness, just as 3 John 1:2 declares.

Lord, we pray that these fathers and mothers in the faith would grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18), being firmly established in the foundational doctrines of Your Word (Hebrews 6:1-3). May they mature in their walk, bearing the full fruit of the Holy Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Let their lives be a testament to the transforming power of Christ, culminating in a deep, abiding love that overflows to those around them (Philippians 1:9-11).

We ask You to open the eyes of our understanding with the Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation (Ephesians 1:17-18), that we may grasp the height, depth, and breadth of Your love. Root and ground us in this love, that Christ may dwell in our hearts by faith (Ephesians 3:16-19). Lord, open our minds to understand the Scriptures (Luke 24:45) and create in us a hunger for Your Word, that we may crave the sincere milk of it and grow thereby (1 Peter 2:2). Let Your Word become flesh in us, that we would not merely hear but do what it says (James 1:21-22). May this lead to abiding communion with You, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit (1 John 1:1-3), bearing fruit that remains as we continue in Your Word (John 8:31) and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20).

Father, we ask that You keep our patriarchs, matriarchs, and all of us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin, and the schemes of the evil one (Matthew 6:13). Rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:2-3), especially in the lives of those we love and seek to serve in Your name. Grant peace within our walls (Psalm 122:7) and keep us from the evil one while we remain in the world (John 17:15). Sanctify us in Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17), and wash us with the water of Your Word (Ephesians 5:26).

We also lift up any who may read this prayer but have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ. Lord, we pray that they would recognize their need for a Savior and turn to You in repentance and faith. For "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If anyone has not yet confessed Jesus as Lord, we pray they would do so today, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).

We close this prayer with thanksgiving, for You are faithful to hear and answer us according to Your will. May Your name be glorified in our families, our lives, and our world. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Dear family in Christ,

We join our hearts together to lift up a prayer for our patriarchal and matriarchal figures in the faith. We thank God for the blessing, honor, and grace He has bestowed upon them, as we remember the words of Ephesians 6:2-3, "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with promise: that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth."

Father, we ask that You would grant them spiritual, emotional, physical, and temporal edification, support, and fruitfulness. We pray that You would provide everything they need for life and godliness, as You have promised in 2 Peter 1:3.
