Blessing, Honor, GRACE for Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for commanding us to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3 -- for all Family, Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. And help let the Word become flesh, help us receive FRESH TRUTHS and retain the Word, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31, and make disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24.

Keep them and us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

We lift up this heartfelt prayer for the blessing, honor, and grace of patriarchal and matriarchal figures in the family, standing firmly on the truth of God’s Word. The commandment to honor our fathers and mothers is not merely a suggestion but a divine instruction with a promise—*"that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth"* (Ephesians 6:2-3 WEB). We rejoice in this truth and declare that every parent, grandparent, and spiritual elder in the faith is covered by the grace of God, equipped with everything they need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3).

Father, we ask that You pour out Your wisdom and revelation upon them, opening the eyes of their understanding so they may grow in the knowledge of Christ (Ephesians 1:17-18). Strengthen them in faith, root them deeply in love, and let Christ dwell richly in their hearts (Ephesians 3:16-19). May they be established in the foundational doctrines of the faith (Hebrews 6:1-3) and mature into the fullness of Christ, bearing the fruit of the Spirit in every season (Galatians 5:22-23). We pray for their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, that they may prosper even as their souls prosper (3 John 1:2).

For the entire family, we ask that You grant fresh revelation of Your Word, that it would not remain mere knowledge but become flesh in their lives (John 1:14). Let them crave the sincere milk of the Word (1 Peter 2:2) and be doers of it, not hearers only (James 1:22). May their abiding in Christ produce lasting fruit (John 15:7-8), and may their joy be made complete as they walk in obedience and fellowship with You (John 15:11).

We stand against every scheme of the enemy, rebuking sickness, sin, and spiritual attack in the name of Jesus. You have promised to keep us from the evil one (John 17:15), and we claim that protection over every family. Sanctify them in Your truth, wash them with the water of Your Word (Ephesians 5:26), and let Your peace reign within their homes (Psalm 122:7).

We also lift up the neighbor mentioned in this prayer, asking that You soften hearts and open doors for the Gospel. Love compels us to pray for those around us, even as we seek to love them as ourselves (Luke 6:27). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in every life touched by this prayer.

Finally, we acknowledge that all these blessings flow from the finished work of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). May every heart represented here be firmly rooted in Christ, growing in grace and truth (2 Peter 3:18).

We declare these things in the mighty name of Jesus, trusting that He who began a good work will bring it to completion (Philippians 1:6). Amen.
