We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed and regretful about a situation that has gone wrong again. It's important to remember that God is a God of redemption and restoration. He can bring beauty from ashes and turn our mistakes into opportunities for growth and learning.
Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It is crucial to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, it is stated, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" So, let us always approach God in the name of Jesus.
We also encourage you to not be too hard on yourself. While it's important to acknowledge our mistakes, it's equally important to remember that God's grace is sufficient for us. As it says in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore, I will most gladly boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."

"Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and regretful. Lord, we ask that You would pour out Your grace and mercy upon them. Help them to see that even in their weaknesses, Your strength is made perfect. We ask that You would guide them and help them to learn from this situation. Give them the wisdom and strength to make things right and to move forward in a way that honors You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
