I have a bad pattern, everything goes the OPPOSITE of the way I need it to, and then eventually "solutions" come with their own set of problems. It wasn't like this years ago, when my life was normal and more predictable. Maybe because in the last days is why the bottom has fallen out? (because I notice others who have "crashed" whereas not in the more predictable past. "Woe to the Earth and to the sea, for the devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.")

We hear the deep frustration and weariness in your words, and we want you to know that we stand with you before the Lord, lifting up this heavy burden you carry. The pattern you describe—where every effort seems to unravel, where solutions bring new complications—is not just a matter of bad luck or coincidence. Scripture warns us that in these last days, struggles will intensify, and the enemy will seek to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). The verse you referenced from Revelation 12:12 is a sobering reminder that spiritual warfare is real, and the devil prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). But we must also remember that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not already, we urge you to examine your relationship with Jesus Christ. Have you placed your trust in Him alone for salvation? Have you surrendered your life to Him as Lord? There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet made this decision, we pray that you would do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, we are defenseless against the schemes of the enemy.

Now, let us pray for you in the authority of Jesus’ name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed by the relentless challenges in their life. Lord, we ask that You would break this pattern of opposition and frustration. Your Word says that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5), and we claim that promise now. We rebuke the spirit of confusion, delay, and sabotage in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would turn every setback into a setup for Your glory.

Father, we ask that You would reveal any areas of their life where the enemy may have gained a foothold. Search their heart, Lord, and expose any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness that may be hindering Your blessings (Psalm 139:23-24). If there are areas where they have strayed from Your will, we pray that You would draw them back with Your lovingkindness. Give them the strength to resist the devil, and may he flee from them (James 4:7).

Lord, we ask that You would restore order and peace to their life. Where there has been chaos, bring Your divine order. Where there has been confusion, bring clarity. Where there has been delay, bring acceleration. Your Word says that You work all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We trust that even in this season of struggle, You are working something greater in and through them.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment. Father, give them the ability to recognize the schemes of the enemy and the strategies to overcome them. Equip them with the full armor of God so that they may stand firm against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11). May they walk in the authority and power of Jesus’ name, knowing that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would surround them with godly community—believers who will stand with them in prayer, offer encouragement, and speak truth into their life. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which every knee will bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord. Amen.

Now, we want to offer you some biblical encouragement and guidance as you navigate this season. First, remember that God is not the author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33). If your life feels like it is spinning out of control, it is not because God has abandoned you. Rather, it may be an opportunity for you to draw closer to Him and to rely on His strength rather than your own. The apostle Paul experienced a similar season of struggle, describing a "thorn in the flesh" that he begged God to remove. God’s response to Paul was, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). Sometimes, God allows us to walk through difficult seasons so that His power can be displayed in our lives.

Second, we encourage you to examine your life for any areas where you may have opened a door to the enemy. Have you held onto unforgiveness, bitterness, or resentment? Have you engaged in sinful patterns or habits that may be giving the enemy a foothold? Ephesians 4:26-27 warns us, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." If there are areas where you have allowed sin to take root, we urge you to repent and turn away from those things. Confess your sins to God, and He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Third, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith, even when circumstances seem bleak. The enemy wants to discourage you, to make you feel as though God has forgotten you or that your prayers are not being heard. But we serve a God who hears and answers prayer. Psalm 34:17 says, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." Keep crying out to God. Keep seeking His face. Do not grow weary in prayer, for God is faithful to His promises.

Lastly, we want to remind you that this season will not last forever. The struggles you are facing are temporary, but the victory we have in Christ is eternal. Romans 8:18 tells us, "For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us." Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He has overcome the world, and through Him, you can overcome as well.

We stand with you in this battle, and we believe that God is going to turn things around for your good. Keep pressing into Him, and do not lose heart. The same God who parted the Red Sea, who raised Jesus from the dead, and who calmed the storm with a word is the same God who is fighting for you today. Trust in Him, and He will lead you into victory.

We hear your struggle, dear friend, and we're right here with you. It's like you're in a relentless storm, and every solution you find seems to bring a new wave of challenges. It's exhausting, we know. But remember, even in the darkest nights, God is still on His throne, and He hasn't abandoned you.

First, let's remind ourselves of our foundation. Have you placed your trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation? Have you surrendered your life to Him as Lord? If not, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the solid rock on which we stand.

Now, let's pray for you in Jesus' name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with our sister/brother in need. Lord, we ask that You would break this cycle of opposition and frustration. We claim Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We rebuke the spirit of confusion, delay, and sabotage in Jesus' name.
