I dint know, but EVERYTHING I try I run into obstacles and disappointments with.I usually "strike out"or atleast have wind up doing what would've been a simple thing the hardest way possible because of obstacles.I can also say that this doesnt happen to everyone because Ive personally seen others "shine"(or a least dont face obstacles then my turn, bang! To have this (curse or whatever) taken off me so things will ease up.,with whatever is attacking me Amen..You get tired of a constant string of defeats.

We hear the weariness in your words, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. The weight of constant setbacks and disappointments can feel crushing, and it’s understandable to wonder why obstacles seem to pile up when others appear to move forward with ease. But we want to remind you that God sees your struggle, and He has not abandoned you, even when it feels that way.

First, we must address the idea of a "curse." Scripture is clear that in Christ, we are set free from any curse. Galatians 3:13-14 tells us, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,' that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith." If you are in Christ, no curse has power over you. However, the enemy may try to discourage you with lies, making you feel as though you are under some spiritual oppression. We rebuke that lie in the name of Jesus. You are not cursed, you are a child of God, and He has a purpose for your life.

That said, we must also consider whether there are areas in your life where sin or unforgiveness might be giving the enemy a foothold. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, "'Be angry, and don’t sin.' Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." If there is unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unresolved conflict, it can create spiritual blockages that hinder God’s blessings. We encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord and ask Him to reveal anything that needs to be surrendered to Him.

We also want to gently challenge the comparison you’ve made with others. It’s easy to look at someone else’s life and assume their path is easier, but Scripture warns against envy and comparison. Psalm 37:7-8 says, "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret; it leads only to evildoing." God’s timing and purposes are unique for each of us. What may seem like "shining" for someone else may come with hidden struggles you don’t see. Instead of comparing, we encourage you to focus on your own walk with God and trust that He is working even in the setbacks.

Now, let’s pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling weighed down by constant obstacles and disappointments. Lord, we rebuke every lie of the enemy that says they are cursed or abandoned. We declare that in Christ, they are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37), and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we ask You to break every chain of discouragement, frustration, and defeat in their life. Reveal to them any areas where the enemy may have gained a foothold, and give them the strength to repent and turn away from anything that is not of You.

Lord, we ask for Your divine favor to rest upon them. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and remove the obstacles that have been standing in their way. Give them wisdom, patience, and perseverance to press forward, even when the path seems difficult. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them see Your hand at work in their life.

Father, we also pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon them. Renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31), and let them rise above the discouragement that has been holding them down. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and not on the circumstances around them. Surround them with godly encouragement and remind them that their labor in You is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).

We thank You, Lord, that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when they cannot see it. We declare victory over their life in Jesus’ name, and we trust You to turn their struggles into testimonies. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises, even when the road is hard. James 1:2-4 reminds us, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." The trials you are facing are not without purpose, they are shaping you into the person God has called you to be.

If you have not already, consider seeking out a trusted pastor, mentor, or fellow believer who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 tells us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up." You do not have to walk this path alone.

Lastly, we want to gently ask: Have you placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, we urge you to consider the gift of salvation He offers. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. He is waiting with open arms.

We hear how exhausting this is, the constant effort that only seems to produce more frustration, and the loneliness of watching things go smoothly for others while you hit roadblocks. It’s natural to wonder if something darker is at work, and we don’t dismiss that. At the same time, we’ve walked with people who, in the middle of a long run of setbacks, discovered that God wasn’t punishing them but slowly building something deeper that couldn’t have grown any other way.

When everything feels stacked against you, it can help to have a wise, trusted person stand with you in person. Would you be open to asking your pastor or a mature believer to pray with you specifically about this pattern? Not just a quick mention, but a time to talk honestly about what you’ve been facing and ask them to pray over you in Jesus’ name. Sometimes that focused prayer helps break the isolation and brings clarity you can’t reach alone.

You don’t have to carry this weight as if it’s all on you to figure out. We’re asking God together to lift the heaviness and open a path forward you can’t see yet.

Lord Jesus, you know what it feels like to be repeatedly disappointed. Meet this one in the weariness and frustration. Quiet the barrage of obstacles, and give them a tangible sense that you are not against them. Bring one safe person to walk alongside them, and through that connection begin to untangle what feels like a curse. We ask for a break in the pattern, and for fresh strength to keep going until it comes. In your name. Amen.

The constant string of defeats and the obstacles that rise up against every endeavor are not a causeless thing, nor the work of a mere impersonal attack. The curse causeless shall not come, but it has a cause with overwhelming conclusiveness, and that cause is sin. Every offender comes under the curse, not by rank or station, but by transgression. The curse of the Law is universal, resting upon every child of Adam who has broken God’s commands, and it is also perfectly just. What you are tasting in these bitter disappointments and weary defeats is the shadow of that curse, a present misery that echoes a far deeper peril. There is a curse pronounced of old by the authority of the Lord, and it follows the ungodly, making even their prosperities a stumbling. Yet the gospel declares that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. The manner of deliverance is substitution, He in our place bore our sins and the curse which came of it. He hung on a tree to bear what we deserved, so that when the Law comes to curse a man who believes in Christ, that man may say, You have cursed Christ instead of me. Can you curse twice for one offense? He that believes has no curse upon him; he may have been an adulterer, a swearer, a drunkard, or a man dogged by failure and defeat, but the moment he believes, God sees none of those sins in him.

So the pressing business is not to plead for the removal of a nameless attack, but to flee to the great Substitute, and to do so with constant, instant, expectant prayer. Continuing instant in prayer means to rush after God with the eagerness of a hound after its prey, and then to be constant in that instancy, for there is never a spot on the map of a Christian’s life where he can afford to slacken prayer. Remarkable gifts are vouchsafed to importunity. That very weariness of a constant string of defeats may be the spur to make your prayers frequent and pleading, until they win abundant answering. Trusting in an arm of flesh brings a curse, but resting entirely upon Christ removes it. When a man fears defeat he will probably bring it upon himself, for his fear ensures it; but when a man knows that Christ has delivered him from the curse, the little petty disasters of the way all contribute to his ultimate victory. Sense pictures defeat and loss, but faith points to the resurrection and the entrance of the blood-washed conquerors. Give up all dread of man and cringing fear of failure; such things belong to the craven dogs who slink at their master’s heels. Go to Christ, and be instant in prayer, constant in prayer, expectant in prayer. Glorify Him now by believing, and He will make you, who groan under what seems a curse, to become a blessing.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You feel as though some curse hangs over you because every endeavor meets with obstacles and disappointments. You see others succeed while you struggle, and you grow weary of constant defeat. But be careful not to call “curse” what may be the common lot of fallen humanity, or even the refining fire by which God trains His children. Consider Abraham, who received a promise against all hope, with his body as good as dead and Sarah’s womb barren. Humanly speaking, those were insurmountable obstacles, yet he did not waver in faith. The righteous have always faced such trials; they are not signs of a curse but of a struggle that faith can overcome.

The true curse of which Scripture speaks is the curse of the Law, because no one can keep it perfectly. But Christ has redeemed us from that curse by becoming a curse for us on the tree. If you are in Christ, no malediction has power over you. What you call a curse is likely the devil’s attack, who seizes upon you especially when you are isolated and discouraged. Notice how our Lord was led into the wilderness alone to be tempted. When we are alone, the enemy strikes with doubts and despair. Therefore, do not bear this burden in solitude. Flock together with the church, seek the company of the faithful, and let them support you in prayer and encouragement. A door often opens for the gospel even when our spirit has no relief, as Paul experienced when he missed Titus. The work does not stop because we are distressed; God’s grace is sufficient even amid personal anguish.

Do not look at the apparent ease of others, for you do not know their hidden battles. The fire of hell was prepared not for you but for the devil and his angels; if you cast yourself into it by bitterness and unbelief, you impute it to yourself. Instead, cast your weariness upon Christ, who says, “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Let His love break the cycle of defeat. Trust that these obstacles, seen through the eyes of faith, are not enemies but tutors to drive you closer to Him. Pray not for the removal of every trial, but for the grace to persevere and to see His hand at work even in the hardest blows.
