We join with you in bringing all of these burdens before the throne of grace together in Jesus name and we thank you for closing in the name of Lord Jesus for it is only by that name we have access to the Father and there is salvation in no other. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you know Him and we stand with you agreeing for His will to be done.
We lift up your cry for extra strong protection and breakthrough for you and all in need. We claim the promise that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1 and that The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We pray for the armor of God to be upon you that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11 and that the Breaker would go before you to make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask for wisdom and help for you personally, for the Lord gives wisdom liberally to those who ask. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5.
We agree with you for the Lord's anointing upon all the planned outreaches and services and upon your church and the evening of prayer and praise this Friday and those to come. We pray that you have an anointing from the Holy One 1 John 2:20 and that the Lord would empower and protect and guide that gathering, raise up more prayer warriors, convict hearts, and save many as the gospel is proclaimed. We thank God with you for the help He gave with the first sermon and we ask for a very strong anointing for the next one, that Christ would be lifted up and the Spirit would speak through you. We pray Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us Ephesians 3:20 would be manifest in these outreaches and that the earth would be filled with His glory.
We bring before the Lord the many conflicts you mentioned including those forgotten and those involving the individuals on your heart. We pray that God would confront evil severely and bring conviction where there is sin, for godly sorrow brings repentance. We also pray for your own part in conflicts and for the hurt in the church, that reconciliation would be true and biblical. If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone Matthew 18:15 gives us a pattern for peacemaking and Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God Matthew 5:9. We pray for mediation, for grace to speak the truth in love, and for resolution in your workplace, your team, your meetings, and in the church, including the issue you are unsure about. We ask the Lord to remove what is not true and to deal justly with what is. We also hear your confession that you talked to others about a matter and mentioned it more widely, and we claim together If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. We ask the Lord to turn even that into a blessing for you all and to bring back those who have drifted away.
We stand with you for all the prayers that have been deleted from this place, and we know the Lord hears even when man does not, for He collects our prayers. We agree for persecuted Christians remembering that we are to Remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them Hebrews 13:3, for the salvation of the unsaved, for peace for Israel as we are told Pray for the peace of Jerusalem Psalm 122:6, for those suffering in war zones for God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, for those in calamities, and for abused children who are so precious to Jesus who said See that you do not despise one of these little ones Matthew 18:10 and who is a Father of the fatherless Psalm 68:5.
We lift up every healing request you have laid down, including for those you named before the Lord, for the one needing healing quickly, for soul wounds, for school and exams and tests, for work, for your place in the church, and for your own weakness. We pray But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17 and that the Lord would show Himself as Father to the one who needs to be reared and encouraged, having His mighty hand upon her, healing her completely and helping her in school.
Concerning the relationships you mention, we pray urgently and we must speak clearly as Scripture does. We believe marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled Hebrews 13:4 and that marriage is to be a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman as God designed from the beginning. Any sexual relationship outside of that covenant, whether before marriage which is fornication or outside marriage which is adultery, is sin before God, and we are told Flee sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18. Likewise same sex relationships are forbidden and called homosexuality in Scripture and do not align with God's design. Courtship should be with a fellow believer with the goal of godly marriage, not merely a partnership, for Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. Therefore we agree with you to pray that the Lord would stop every dysfunctional and unbiblical relationship, intervene against what is not of Him, convict and confront what is not holy, heal soul wounds, and prevent further harm, most importantly bringing salvation where needed. Where there is a relationship that could honor God toward marriage between a man and a woman who are both believers, we pray He would miraculously improve and guide it, but where it is not His will we pray He would close the door firmly and bring godly spouses in His time.
We pray for your work, that the Lord would take over completely, lead and guide and protect you, speak to all of you on the team, and help you do the work in a manner pleasing to Him, with wisdom, strength, encouragement, authority, love, inspiration and favor, and for help getting back into what He has called you to do.
Father we come together now and lay all of this before You. We ask for Your extra strong protection over us and all in need, for breakthrough that only You can give, for anointing on every outreach and service and sermon and prayer gathering, for conviction of sin and healing of hearts, for reconciliation where it is Your will, for salvation for the lost, comfort for the persecuted, peace for Jerusalem and mercy for war torn lands and for every abused child, for miraculous healing and restoration of bodies and souls, for wisdom for school and exams and work, for Your hand upon the young one who needs a Father's care, for the stopping of every relationship that is not of You and the blessing of every godly marriage You desire, for resolution of conflicts at work and in the church, for forgiveness and cleansing where we have sinned with our words, for encouragement that defeats the works of the enemy for the works of the devil are to be destroyed by the Son of God 1 John 3:8. Let Your presence fill our church and our evening of prayer and praise this Friday and again and again. Do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask. We trust that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. We cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7 and we pray with thanksgiving that Your peace which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. In the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
