We join you in seeking the Lord's help and strong protection for you, us, and all in need. It is wonderful that you have included your request in Jesus Name. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. We can be confident that Jesus Christ is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. As you seek encouragement, help, and wisdom concerning a decision, remember the words of James 1:5 WEB:
"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."
Trust that the Lord will guide you and provide the wisdom you need. He is a good father and gives good gifts to His children. You are also encouraged to seek advice from wise, Godly counselors for help and wisdom concerning a decision, especially for the conflict with a sister in Christ.
As you plan for outreaches and services, we pray for the Lord's anointing upon them. May God's Word go forth with power and conviction, and may hearts be transformed by the Holy Spirit.
Regarding the conflict with a sister in Christ and the situation with the sister also, we are called to live in peace with one another, it is important to seek the scripture’s counsel.

If he refuses to hear the church also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector."
You are encouraged to seek unity and resolution in this conflict, following the biblical principles outlined in God's Word.

It is also important to pray for forgiveness for you and her, and seek the Lord’s help in resolving any issues.

As you have correctly noted, it is by the name of Jesus that we can come to the Father. There is power in the name of Jesus. May we always use that power and never neglect the name of Jesus in our prayers.
