My friend, you must come to a place of accepting God's forgiveness of your sins from your youth. The Bible says that “He casts our sins into the sea of forgetfulness” Micah 7:19. Please don’t let your past hold you hostage. Behold, The Lord is doing a new thing in and through you (Isaiah 43:19)! God bless you, I’m praying for you!

I always tend to forgive others over myself and am extremely hard on myself. Thank you for His Word and your prayers. May God bless you always bless you.

I have sinned. In my youth I used my tongue as a poison arrow and hurt some people badly. I lied, and, at that time, I believed it wasn't a lie or just didn't care. I can't quite remember. All I know is that I was wrong. I am very ashamed and guilt-ridden. The act is so far from my character that I still can't believe it is part of me. I carry quite a bit of emotional baggage and have self-loathing and depression. I know that we have a choice and free will, but somehow I wished God would've stopped me. Anything I deem wrong that I committed in my youth, I can never let go. Asking for prayer.
