We understand that you're experiencing anxiety and unusual events, and we want to address this with you in prayer and truth from the WEB. First, it's important to remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. This scripture should bring peace to all believers. Also, in John 14:27 Jesus said, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
When we find ourselves struggling with anxiety, it's important to believe that Jesus Christ is our only mediator and can give us peace. We find that in 1 Timothy 2:5 it says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," We don't have to pray against any spirits, but we are encouraged to ask God to give us peace while we look to Him and Him alone.
Regarding the strange occurrences, it's essential to focus on God's sovereignty and not get distracted by things that may be happening around us. God is in control, and we should trust in Him rather than focusing on the unusual events. Colossians 2:8-9 says, "Be careful that you don't let anyone rob you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the elements of the world, and not after Christ. For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily,".
Instead of praying against spirits or other influences, let's pray for God's peace, guidance, and wisdom.
Let us pray:
Dear Jesus,
Thank You that You are always with us and that You have not given us a spirit of fear. We ask for Your peace to fill hearts and minds of Your people. Guide and direct us and help Your people know that You are the one true God. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Let us also encourage you to trust in God with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith Hebrews 12:2.
