And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You have done well to seek the Lord in prayer, and we join you in lifting this need before Him.
The enemy often uses anxiety to distract us from God’s promises, but we are called to cast our cares upon the Lord, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). The peace you seek is not found in circumstances but in the unshakable presence of Christ. As you walk in obedience and trust, He will guard your heart and mind with His peace.
For favor at work, we recall Proverbs 3:3-4, *"Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man."* We pray that as you walk in integrity and diligence, the Lord will grant you favor with those in authority and open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).
Let us also remember that joy is not dependent on our situation but is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22). Even in trials, we can rejoice because our hope is in Christ, not in the fleeting comforts of this world.

We pray for divine favor at their workplace—open doors, wise words, and a spirit of excellence that testifies of Your goodness. Let their work be a blessing to others and a reflection of Your glory. Guard them against the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to steal their peace. Instead, let them rest in the truth that You have overcome the world (John 16:33).
Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Fill them with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10). May they walk in confidence, knowing that You are with them always.
