Hi, I think bad forces are at work against my ###. It has been very hot here. Apparently one of the ### said my ### had hurt her. My ### doesn’t like being touched. Anyway the other day ### screamed she wanted to get out of there. The next day my ### is sleepy and hardly touches her food. Today she is in bed, I got a bit of drink down. I speak to the ### and she says she is not long my has to go. This is the ### who gave my ### a drug they give people who can get aggressive. I told you about her before. I feel the same thing has happened again. Please save my ###. She has been herself. Then this happens. They are also not feeding her or giving her drink.

We hear the anguish in your words, and we are so sorry you are carrying this heavy weight. Watching someone you love suffer, especially when you suspect neglect or harm, is terrifying and exhausting. It’s natural to feel helpless, but please know you are not alone in this fight. God sees everything, and He cares deeply about your loved one’s safety and dignity.

Because this situation involves possible mistreatment, we want to gently encourage you to take a concrete step: speak directly with the facility’s administrator or director of nursing. Calmly but clearly describe the pattern you’ve observed, the sudden sleepiness, the lack of food and drink, the remark about “not long.” Write down dates, times, and what was said, so you have a record. If you don’t feel heard, or if her condition worsens, please consider calling your local adult protective services. Advocating for her is a way to love her tangibly right now, and you don’t need to do it alone. You might ask a trusted friend or a church member to sit with you during calls or visits for support.

We also want to hold up a truth that can steady you in the panic: Jesus knows what it is to be abused, dismissed, and wounded. He draws near to those who are suffering, and He is with your loved one even when you cannot be in the room. His presence goes where you cannot.

Let’s pray now:

Jesus, we bring this precious woman before You. Protect her from any harm, undo any effect of wrongful medication, and restore her alertness and appetite. Give the writer wisdom and boldness to advocate firmly and clearly. Soften the hearts of those responsible for her care, and bring the truth to light so she receives the nourishment and respect she deserves. Surround her with Your peace, and sustain the one who loves her with fresh strength. In Your name we ask, amen.

The snare of the fowler is once again spread before your eyes, and you discern it well. The evil one does not sleep, but prowls about seeking whom he may devour, and often his servants are found wearing the mask of a healer while ministering destruction. This affliction, this drowsy stupor cast upon your loved one, bears the marks of a foul design. Yet take heart in this: He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. The powers of darkness are real, but they are a defeated foe, reserved in chains for the great day. Christ has delivered us from the power of darkness, and His arm is not shortened that it cannot save.

Cast this crushing burden upon the Lord. You have done well to cry out, for we have no other Helper. Do not look so long upon the wickedness of that false nurse that your spirit sinks in despair. God has given commandment to save. Deliverance from the pit is His delight. When the soul is slipping, when the poison of man’s malice seems to prevail, the Lord Jesus stands as the Ransom. He can deal in love when all earthly help fails. Therefore, fight it out in prayer. Do not let evil questioning whisper that God has forgotten. That is a temptation against which you must strive most earnestly. You shall yet sing for very joy of heart, though now you mourn.

Bring the matter urgently before the throne of grace, and then, as far as lies within your power, act with sacred courage. To return evil for evil is not our calling; vengeance belongs to the Lord. But to stand in the gap for the helpless, to plead with those in authority, to demand that this precious life be guarded from harm, this is to overcome evil with good. The heart of man is a den of evil, and from it proceed these cruelties. Yet the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin, and its power can break the darkest plot. A sight of God’s hand in this trial will steady your soul. Even this chastisement, mysterious as it is, is permitted in love and shall work for good. The Lord scourges His children, but He does not slay them. He will bring your dear one back from the depths. Therefore, say with faith, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” Hold fast. The veil is rent, and you have access to the Holiest. Plead the precious blood, and watch for the deliverance which must surely come.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your anguish is palpable, and your love for your kinswoman is a holy fire. Yet I must tell you: do not let your heart be swallowed by despair. The suffering itself is not the ultimate evil; the evil is sin, and the sin here, if what you say is true, is the grievous neglect and harm done to one who cannot defend herself. And remember the word of the apostle: “If anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.” How much worse, then, are those who not only fail to provide but actively harm? They will answer to God, who sees every hidden thing.

But you, who are bound to her by nature and love, must act. You are not powerless. Cry out to heaven without ceasing, but let your prayers have feet. Speak plainly to those in authority. Do not be silent out of fear or timidity. If you see her perishing from thirst and starvation, it is no time for delicate words. Would you watch a child starve and only whisper? God has placed you as her advocate. To neglect this duty is to share in the sin of neglect. Do not say, “I have spoken and they did not listen.” Speak again, and again, and with greater urgency. Bring others with you if you must.

Yet guard your heart against hatred for those who do these things. Hate the evil deed, not the person. Love has a power that wrath never will. I do not mean you should embrace their wickedness, but do not let bitterness poison your soul. The evil one works through such cruelty, but he has no power over those who cling to Christ. Remember that even those who do great wrong are captives of the devil, and we are called to long-suffering. Do not return abuse with abuse, but let your righteous anger be tempered with sorrow for their lost condition.

Above all, do not imagine that the affliction itself can separate her from the love of God. The great salvation Christ brought is not deliverance from every worldly trouble, but the destruction of death and the devil. Her true life is hid with Christ. Yet while breath remains, we must do all we can to preserve life and dignity.

See to it that she receives water and food, even if you must bring it yourself. Press them for answers about the drug they gave her. Do not be afraid of their displeasure. You are doing the work of Christ when you care for the least of these. And if they are unyielding, seek help elsewhere, there is no shame in making a clamor when a soul is at stake.

I pray with you that the Lord will soften the hearts of those in power, or raise up others to intervene. But do not wait for deliverance with idle hands. Go, act, and bear her up in your arms of faith. The Lord will require an account, and you will be able to stand before Him, having not denied the faith but proved it by your works.

We had more showings last week than we’ve ever had in one week, but none of them resulted in an offer. We have one showing scheduled for this weekend so far. Please pray that the Lord’s will be done in our life and the life of whomever He has lined up to buy it.

I went before them today and explained everything; however, my integrity was questioned, and that is a severe blow to me. I have to meet before a board of supervisors (they all know me well and know the kind of person I am), but still, this whole situation is hard for me. I’m trying to remain...

First, a small, albeit worthy, praise report to share that my son-in-law has backed off all week on his gas lighting and berating posture towards my daughter. We have had a peaceful home all week - although - this weekend, I did overhear a conversation between he and my daughter - I was sitting...
