We join you in lifting up the students, staff, and faculty at the school you mentioned and all the people in their lives before the throne of grace, and we are encouraged by your heart for the lost and your desire to see them saved.
We agree that salvation is the greatest need for every person, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23. We love that you prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in no other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. And Romans 10:9 reminds us that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
It is the very heart of God that all would be saved, for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:3-4. The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9. And we cling to the promise that God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16.
We pray together now, Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up every student, every staff member, and every faculty member at that school, and every family member, friend, and loved one connected to them. Lord, you know each heart and you see who is still in need of salvation. We ask that you draw them by your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and soften their hearts to receive the gospel. Father, send laborers across their paths to share the good news of Jesus clearly and with love, remove any blindness or hardness, and grant them repentance and faith to confess Jesus as Lord and believe that you raised him from the dead. Save them, Lord, and transform their lives for your glory, that they may walk in newness of life and know the hope and peace that comes only through Christ. We also pray that you would strengthen the believers among them to be bold witnesses and to live in a way that reflects your light. We thank you that you hear our prayers and that you desire that none should perish. We trust you to work in each life according to your perfect will and timing. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

It is a good and excellent thing that you have opened your mouth before the Lord for the souls of others, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears and it is most profitable to those who offer it. When Job prayed for his friends the Lord turned again his captivity, and in enlarging your heart for the students, the staff and the faculty of that place, and for all connected with them, you have sought a blessing which will return also upon your own soul.
We count it a great honor and privilege to join our supplications with yours, for prayer is the most essential thing in turning sinners from the error of their ways, and we are permitted to plead with confidence for the sick and the tried, for the troubled and for the lost, with the assurance that whatever we shall ask in prayer, believing, we shall receive.
Let us pray together that the Lord will be gracious to them. Our prayer is that every soul among them who is yet lost by nature and by sin may hear the good news that the Son of Man is come to seek and to save that which was lost, and may receive the common salvation which is ours only through His atoning sacrifice. There is no other way of salvation, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and now is the accepted time, behold now is the day of salvation. May the Holy Spirit convince them of sin and of the plague of their own heart, and draw them to trust in Jesus at once, as a man trusts his soul to his Saviour, that they may be rescued from the yoke of evil and made partakers of eternal life.
We entreat the Lord also for their families and all who are dear to them, that the grace given to one may be used for the rest of the family, as every root of a tree draws nourishment for the benefit of the whole. May the Lord shelter and protect them and temper the wind to those who are as shorn lambs, and bring many to know Him who is greatly to be praised.
Continue in this blessed work, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God, and pray again if the answer tarry, for such importunate prayer prevails. In praying for one another earnestly and habitually you knit your hearts together in love and you become fitted to be the instrument of God for good to others. The Lord hear you and grant you to see fruit from this intercession, to His glory. Amen.

Your prayer for the salvation of the students, staff and faculty and for the people in their lives is good and right, and I join you in it gladly.
God desires that all be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, and that salvation is only through Jesus Christ. As Scripture says, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. This is the short and sure word of faith by which we are saved, not by our own works, but by His mercy and grace. He is the Captain and cause of our salvation, and we are saved only as we are joined to Him.
Now is the acceptable time and now is the day of salvation, so we should not put off praying or speaking of Christ to others. Let us ask God to put the helmet of salvation upon all these people, to guard their minds and hearts with what is true, and to make them know what leads to life. Let us pray that they will hear that Christ takes away the sin of the world and will run to Him without delay.
