We join together with you before our heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank you for humbly asking for deliverance, for it is good that you have come in the name of Jesus, because it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved and delivered.
We hear your cry to be delivered from all lust and from the evil eye and we take this seriously, for we know that lust wars against the soul and that our enemy seeks to trap us through the desires of the flesh and the eyes.
The Scripture teaches us that lust is not to be entertained or managed but to be fled from and put to death. Jesus said, Everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart Matthew 5:28. And we are commanded, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. We must understand that lust conceives sin, for Each man is tempted when he is drawn away by his own lust and enticed. Then the lust, when it has conceived, bears sin. The sin, when it is full grown, produces death James 1:14-15. This is why we cannot be passive, we must walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh Galatians 5:16, and we must turn our eyes from worthless things as it is written, Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things. Revive me in your ways Psalm 119:37.
We also hear your concern about the evil eye, and we want to encourage you in truth. As believers we do not live in fear of curses, jealous looks, or envy from others, for we know that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4 and that No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. The Lord is our keeper and our protection, for Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul Psalm 121:7 and The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. If others look upon you with envy or ill intent, we rest not in superstition but in the covering of Christ, and we pray that any scheme of the enemy would be broken in Jesus name.
We encourage you to pursue deliverance daily by renewing your mind in the Word, by fleeing from sources of temptation, by guarding what your eyes see and what you dwell upon, by bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and by walking in open fellowship and accountability with other believers. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind Romans 12:2. When you fall, confess quickly, for If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9, and then rise again to resist the devil. Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7.

Lord, we ask that You wash and cleanse this heart by the blood of Jesus, forgive all sin of lust in thought, sight, and deed, and create a pure heart within. Fill this one with Your Holy Spirit so that the desires of the flesh lose their power and the fruit of self control may grow. Help him to flee from every appearance of evil and to set his eyes and mind on what is pure, honorable, and holy. Break every chain of lust and habit and set him free indeed. Father, we also ask for Your divine protection over him from all evil, from every envious eye, every curse, every word spoken against him, and every plan of the enemy. Cover him under Your wings and let him dwell in the secret place of the Most High Psalm 91:1. Let no weapon formed against him prosper and let Your peace guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Strengthen him to walk in holiness and in the assurance that You are his deliverer. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

Your prayer for deliverance has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.
There is great hope in such a cry, for deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and He has not left us to fight alone. When a soul feels the chain of lust and the oppression of evil about him, and seems ready to go down to the pit, there comes a voice from the excellent glory, Deliver him from going down to the pit, for I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance if God had not thought of it, but He has found a ransom in the precious blood of His Son, and through that ransom He is gracious unto sinners and snaps their bands and sets them free.
You ask to be delivered from all lust and from the evil eye. Know this, that the Lord must be looked to altogether and alone for such deliverance. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He alone can deliver from the fascinating power of sin and from the power of darkness. The lusts of the flesh and the envy and malice that may be set against you by the eyes of others are arrows from the bow of the evil one, but our God is mightier than the tempter, and He has taught many a tried soul the mischief that comes from loving the world and the things thereof, so that temptation tempts in vain.
Take your stand then upon the finished work of Christ, who alone is the way of salvation, and flee from those things which feed lust. Turn from every provision for the flesh, keep your heart and your eyes under the watch of prayer and the Word, and look daily to Christ for strength to live chastely and soberly in this present world, as becomes those who are called to purity within the bounds which God has ordained.

Chasten and refine as a Father, yet grant victory, that being delivered from the power of darkness, this life may be kept in holiness and peace, and may live to declare the works of the Lord. Grant a renewed mind, a guarded heart, and a steady walk in Your ways, through Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Lord. Amen.
