We join with you in this cry for deliverance and we bring your request before our heavenly Father together in the name of Jesus Christ.
We understand how music with its title and words can lodge itself deeply in the mind and become a torment, especially when it is tied to lust and to memories of another person. The enemy seeks to use these things to defile the mind and to keep us in bondage, but our God is greater and He has provided a way of escape and cleansing through His Son. We are called to take every thought captive and to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. As it is written, We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5, and also Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind Romans 12:2. We are also taught to fix our thoughts on what is pure and holy, Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things Philippians 4:8.
Lust is a snare that must be fled from, not entertained, for it opens a door to the enemy. Scripture tells us Flee sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18 and also Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. When we submit ourselves fully to God, confess our struggles, and resist the devil in the name of Jesus, he must flee. If there has been willful dwelling on lustful thoughts or music that glorifies sin, we encourage you to confess it openly to the Lord, for If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. God does not merely want to suppress a memory, He wants to heal your heart and create within you a clean mind. As David prayed, Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me Psalm 51:10.

We ask You to deliver our dear one from every demonic memory attached to this music, its title and its words. Wash this mind clean by the blood of Jesus. We rebuke every spirit of lust and every demonic oppression that has sought to torment and defile, and we command it to leave in Jesus name and to go where You send it, Lord, never to return. Father, we ask You to heal the memories tied to this person who is being held in the mind. Where there is pain, longing, or ungodly attachment, bring Your perfect healing and replace it with Your peace. Renew this mind, fill it with Your Holy Spirit, and let every thought be brought into obedience to Christ. Grant strength to turn away completely from this music and from anything that feeds lust, and help this dear one to walk in purity and freedom. Let Your Word dwell richly within, and guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun. In Jesus Christ name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to take practical steps of obedience with this prayer. Remove and destroy that music from your devices and do not return to it, for we cannot pray for deliverance while holding onto the very thing that defiles us. Replace it with worship music that honors God and with the reading and memorizing of Scripture, so that when those memories try to return you can answer them with the Word of God. Walk in daily prayer, confess quickly when tempted, and seek fellowship with mature believers who can help you stay accountable. God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape 1 Corinthians 10:13. Keep seeking Him, and He will keep cleansing and renewing you until those tormenting memories lose their power and are replaced by His joy and purity.

The Lord is gracious and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom. That is your hope in this struggle. Deliverance from the guilt of sin and deliverance from the power of sin are both the work of God alone, and He has provided it through His own Son who bore the penalty for sinners. No one would have thought of such a ransom if God had not thought of it Himself, and He freely gives it in love.
Your desire to be cleansed from demonic memories, from the title and words of a music that haunts the mind, from lust and from the remembrance of one who stirs temptation, is a right desire. The power of darkness is real, and it seeks to hold the mind captive with fascinating and polluting thoughts, but Christ is stronger. He has delivered His people from the power of darkness and He keeps back the soul from the pit and the life from perishing. Look to Him altogether and alone, not to your own strength or resolutions, for it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.
Bring this affliction to the Lord as chastening from a Father's hand and as a call to holiness. He calls His children to be pure, to flee lusts, and to reserve the gift of intimacy for the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman in marriage. Whatever memory or attachment draws you away from that purity, confess it plainly before God, turn from it, and ask Him to cleanse the mind and to fill it with what is holy. Put away the music and every avenue that feeds the temptation, and give your mind to the Word of God, to prayer, and to the fellowship of faithful believers who will help you walk in the light. Do not give place to the suggestions of Satan, who shoots his arrows in seasons of weakness, but resist him by faith in the blood of the ransom.
