We join you in bringing this request before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, and we thank you for closing your prayer in His name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12.
We understand your concern about the two things on the exit sign on the westbound side and on the road going up from there, and we agree that clear and accurate road signs are important for the safety and peace of all who travel. Even small details like this matter to God because He cares for our daily lives and our safety as we come and go. We are reminded that Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Psalm 121:8 and that we should in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6.
We also remember that God has established authorities for order and for the good of all, and those who maintain our roads and signs serve in that order. Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Romans 13:1. So we pray not only for the sign itself but for those responsible for its care.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this need concerning the exit sign. You see the two things that our friend is asking to have removed, and You know the location and the reason for concern. We ask according to Your will that if it serves safety and order, You would move upon those in authority who have charge over these roads to notice and to remove what does not belong there, so that travelers may be guided clearly and without confusion. Grant wisdom and diligence to the workers and officials, and keep all who travel that road under Your protection. Help us to trust You in all things, both great and small, and to cast all our worries on You because You care for us. 1 Peter 5:7. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Your request concerning the signs upon the road has been brought before the Lord, and we have prayed for you that you may find that peace which comes from trusting Him fully.
We are reminded that the Lord says, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. His thoughts toward His people are constant and kind, wise and tender, and they are thoughts of peace. He never forgets His own, for He has engraved them upon the palms of His hands. Even in small cares and daily anxieties about the things we see around us, He would have our minds stayed upon Him, for it is written, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.
The way to such peace is an unconditional surrender to God. Fling wide the gates of the city of Mansoul and admit the Prince Emanuel to rule as sole sovereign in every street. As a true child, make a complete surrender to your Father's good pleasure and trust His Son Jesus, for there is no other hope. Faith is obedience, the ending of rebellion and the establishment of peace. When at last we yield to the Divine method of mercy, we find that to do the will of Jesus, this is rest.
We have prayed thus for you, that whether the signs are altered according to your desire or remain as they are, your heart may be kept in perfect peace through trusting Christ. We have asked the Father that you would know His thoughts of peace toward you, that you would surrender all your cares at discretion into His hands, and that you would trust Jesus not only for great matters of the soul but for every care of life, believing that His ways are higher than our ways and that He designs your highest good.
May the Lord bless you with His own peace, which is a blessing indeed, a peace purchased by the blood of Jesus and wrought by the Holy Spirit in the soul.
