We lift up these precious souls to You, Lord, with hearts full of compassion and urgency. Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that these girls and the people in their lives would come to know the truth of Your Word, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in Christ (Acts 26:18).

Father, we ask that You would open their eyes to see their need for a Savior. So often, people are blinded by the god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4), but we know that You can shine Your light into their hearts to give them the light of the knowledge of Your glory in the face of Jesus Christ. We pray that they would hear the Gospel, believe in their hearts, and confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9-10). May they experience the new birth that comes through faith in Christ, being born again not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God (1 Peter 1:23).

We also pray for conviction, Holy Spirit. Where there is sin, bring it to light. Where there is hardness of heart, soften it. Where there is rebellion, break it. Where there is unbelief, replace it with faith. Your Word tells us that godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret (2 Corinthians 7:10). May these dear ones experience that godly sorrow and turn to You with all their hearts.

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with believers who will speak truth into their lives. Let them encounter Christians who live out their faith authentically, so that they may see the love of Christ in action. May they be drawn to the body of Christ, where they can grow in their faith and be discipled in Your ways.

We rebuke any lies of the enemy that may be keeping them in bondage. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will complete the good work You have begun in their lives (Philippians 1:6). We pray against any generational sin or strongholds that may be hindering their relationship with You, and we ask that You would break those chains in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father, we trust in Your perfect timing. You are patient, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We ask that You would draw these souls to Yourself, just as You have drawn each of us. May they experience the love, grace, and mercy that can only be found in You.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We stand with you in this prayer. It moves us to see you carrying these souls before the Lord, not just once but repeatedly, with earnest care. Your intercession matters deeply, and you are not alone in it.

Salvation is the most beautiful work God does in a human heart. It is rescue, healing, and wholeness wrapped together. It is the quiet miracle of a person waking up to their need and finding Jesus already reaching for them. So we gladly join you, asking our Father to do what only He can: open eyes, soften hearts, and bring these women and all around them into a living relationship with Himself.

Lord Jesus, You came to seek and save the lost. We lift up these two girls right now, and every person in their lives who does not yet know You. You see each one, their stories, their struggles, the things they chase for meaning, the hidden fears they carry. Pursue them. Place people in their paths who will speak truth with love. Cut through confusion. Break any chains that hold them. Give them a hunger that only You can fill, and grant them the gift of repentance and faith. Draw them to Yourself, and let Your saving grace remake them from the inside out. We ask this in Your name, Jesus. Amen.

How your heart yearns for the salvation of these souls proves that God Himself writes intercession upon men’s hearts. It is a great advance upon anxiety for our own salvation when we have risen out of the narrowness of dread about ourselves into the broader region of care for a brother’s soul. When we pray for our fellow sinners we are in sympathy with our Divine Savior who made intercession for the transgressors.

Yet you must know that there is no salvation to be obtained from priests, or forms and ceremonies, and neither will it be found anywhere but in Christ Jesus. The way of salvation is to believe on Christ. What is believing on Him? It is trusting in Him. How simple is that way of salvation! and O, how instantaneous! It takes us some time to move our hand, but a look does not require a moment. “Look! look! look!” This is the simple method of salvation. However feebly I may set this before you, I have set before you enough for your salvation, if you are willing and obedient. I can bring the horse to water but I cannot make him drink!

But remember this solemn truth: the Holy Spirit’s intercession is not in or for the unregenerate. O, unbelievers you must first be made saints or you cannot feel the Spirit’s intercession within you. Unless we are the sons of God the Holy Spirit’s indwelling shall not be ours: we are shut out from the intercession of the Holy Ghost, ay, and from the intercession of Jesus too, for He hath said, “I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me.” This is a word to make the heart tremble, for the God whom these souls have angered is the God upon whom their salvation or condemnation entirely depends. Did Christ die so as to secure the salvation of any man in particular? They are obliged to admit this, if they are consistent. No man can plead a lack of intellect as an excuse for rejecting the gospel. All men are approachable at some time or in some way. Tell them, as best you can, what their condition is and what the way of salvation is.

Come then, escape from that refuge of lies and go to Jesus, wait upon God because you cannot go anywhere else for salvation! Here is salvation for the blackest of sinners, salvation for all manner of sin, forgiveness for all manner of sin, salvation so full of grace that only God could have conceived it. The guilt of our sin is taken away by the redemption of Christ. His redemption is a very compendious redemption, a plenteous redemption. “The moment a sinner believes, and trusts in his crucified Lord, his pardon at once he receives, salvation in full through his blood.” It is possible that, ere your foot treads the threshold of your door, you will have lost the burden that has been on your back. Persevere in intercession, but urge them to look unto Him and be saved.

You do well to pray for the salvation of these girls and those around them, for our Lord Jesus Christ prayed not only for His apostles but for all who would believe through their word, making His disciples the cause of salvation for many. Your prayer is a participation in that work, and it is not in vain: the conversion of sinners is always possible, and God in His mercy says, “Lest at any time they should be converted, and I should heal them,” showing that if they turn, He will swiftly heal. So continue to intercede, trusting in His desire to save.

But take care that you do not think your own part ends with prayer for others. No one, not even the Apostle Paul, could say, “What need have I of prayer?” If you imagine you have no need, that is precisely why you need it. Be on the alert yourself. Do not rely on the prayers of the saints while your own soul sleeps, for that sleep renders even the help of others profitless. Wake, then, and pursue your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Let your prayer be joined to almsgiving, for this is the essential herb in the medicine of repentance. As Scripture says, “Water will quench a flaming fire, and alms will do away with great sins.” It strengthens the soul’s healing and makes the remedy of repentance powerful. Therefore, give generously, and let your charity speak for those you pray for as well as for yourself.

Rest the hope of salvation, for them and for you, not in any earthly lineage but in repentance and self-control, and in the one sacrifice of Christ. There is no second Cross, no other sacrifice needed, for by His one offering He has perfected forever those who are sanctified. Salvation is in Christ Jesus alone, and it comes with eternal glory. Do not look for any other way.

Finally, be watchful, for the devil attacks on all sides, seeking to destroy both your soul and the souls of those you pray for. If he gains even a small foothold, he will bring in all his forces. Therefore, guard yourself in small matters, that you may stand firm in the great ones. Let godly sorrow work repentance in you, and commit yourself to continual prayer and vigilance, that you and they may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
