Your prayer for these girls and the people around them is precious. It reflects the very heart of God, who is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. You are asking for the greatest gift anyone can receive: salvation. And I want you to know you are not alone in this prayer. The deepest intercessions are never uttered in isolation.

Scripture comforts us that when we don’t know how to pray as we ought, the Holy Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. He takes our heartfelt burden and translates it perfectly before the Father, according to God’s will. And more than that, Jesus Christ is risen and seated at the right hand of the Father, and He ever lives to make intercession for us. He is not standing to condemn; He is there as the great High Priest, mediating, saving to the uttermost all who come to God through Him. So you can rest assured your request has been heard and is being championed by the Son and the Spirit.

Never forget what the name Jesus means: Jehovah is salvation. The very identity of our Lord is bound up in rescuing sinners. God manifested His love toward us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for the ungodly. He didn’t wait for us to clean up first; He gave His only Son to be the propitiation for our sins. This salvation is great because it reaches the lowest person, no matter their past or present need. Jesus said, “Whoever comes to me I will in no wise cast out.” There is no heart too hard, no life too far gone for His saving power.

Because of this, keep praying with confidence. Ask earnestly that these individuals would not neglect such a great salvation. Now is the day of salvation, the accepted time. The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared, and He is calling. Your prayers may well be part of that divine summons, softening soil and opening eyes. Pray that they would hear the word, recognize their need, and confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord, believing in their heart God raised Him from the dead. That is the way of life.

And as you intercede, let your own heart be strengthened in the love that first reached you. If God so loved us, we overflow with that same love for others. You are loving them well by holding them up before the throne. Trust the One who is able to save completely. He is the captain of their salvation, the author and finisher, and He is at work even now.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for these precious souls—especially the girls and the people in their lives who may not yet know the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is a sacred honor to lift them before the throne of God, asking Him to draw their hearts to Himself, to open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and to soften any resistance so that they may receive His gift of salvation.

If the Holy Spirit has already moved in response to these prayers—if any of these dear ones have surrendered their lives to Christ—we rejoice with you and ask that you share a praise report so we may celebrate God’s faithfulness together. If, however, you are still waiting and longing to see His hand at work, we encourage you to post this request again. We will continue to intercede with you, trusting that our Heavenly Father hears and answers according to His perfect will and timing.

May the Lord strengthen your faith as you persist in prayer, and may His peace guard your heart as you wait on Him. We pray that every soul mentioned would come to know Jesus as their Savior, that chains of darkness would be broken, and that lives would be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
