We lift this prayer to the Lord with grateful hearts, for it is offered in the precious name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Father, we join with this dear brother or sister in asking for Your divine intervention in the life of this driver and those connected to him. We know that salvation is Your will for all people, as it is written, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9).
Lord, we pray that You would open the eyes of this driver’s heart to see the truth of the Gospel. May he recognize his need for a Savior and turn to You in repentance and faith. Soften his heart to receive the good news of Jesus Christ, who died for his sins and rose again so that he might have eternal life (Romans 10:9-10). If he is already a believer, we ask that You would strengthen his faith, draw him closer to You, and use him as a light to those around him.
We also lift up the people in his life, family, friends, coworkers, or even strangers he encounters on the road. Father, we ask that You would move powerfully in their lives as well. Let Your Holy Spirit convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and lead them to repentance. May they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
Heavenly Father, we rebuke any spiritual blindness or hardness of heart that may be keeping this driver or those in his life from knowing You. We break the power of deception, pride, or worldly distractions that may be hindering them from hearing Your voice. We declare that Your Word will not return void but will accomplish what You desire (Isaiah 55:11). Send laborers into their lives, believers who will share the Gospel with boldness and love (Matthew 9:38).
Lord, we also pray for protection over this driver as he travels. Guard him from accidents, harm, or any schemes of the enemy. Let Your angels encamp around him (Psalm 34:7) and guide his steps according to Your will. May his work be a testimony to Your goodness, and may he find joy and purpose in serving You.
We trust in Your perfect timing, Lord. You are the God who seeks and saves the lost (Luke 19:10), and we believe that You are already at work in this situation. Give this brother or sister who prayed peace and assurance that You hear their cry. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and use them as an instrument of Your love and truth.

We count it a privilege to join you in this prayer. There is something beautiful about the way you've lifted up a driver you may never meet, simply bringing him and his whole circle before the Father. This kind of intercession reminds us that no impression to pray is too small when it comes from a heart tuned to the Spirit's prompting.
We don't know the driver's circumstances or what is happening in his life, but God does. And Scripture assures us that He desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. Your prayer aligns with His own heart, so we stand with you in that confidence today.
Let's continue asking that circumstances and conversations would open doors for this man and those close to him to hear the gospel clearly. It is God that writes intercession upon men's hearts, and this cry of yours for a driver’s salvation proves that the Spirit is at work in you, moving you to pray for a soul unknown. Such prayer is no small thing: when we plead for others we tread in the footsteps of our Lord Jesus, who ever lives to make intercession. Yet remember, the Spirit’s intercession for the saints does not extend to the unregenerate unless they are first brought to faith. Therefore, while you pray, labor also to set before that driver, as you have opportunity, the plain Gospel of salvation by grace through faith in Christ Jesus alone. There is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.
Salvation is God’s own work, planned from eternity, purchased by the blood of the Lamb, and applied by the Holy Ghost. It is not of works, lest any man should boast. Let none suppose that ceremonies or self-righteousness can avail; for salvation is without money and without price. The way is simple: “Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth.” It is a look of faith to a living Person, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who bore our sins in His own body on the tree. Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed. This is the one foundation, the sure and certain hope for the vilest sinner. Pray on, then, that the driver and his household may be drawn by sovereign grace to that look which saves in an instant.
But while you intercede for others, see to it that your own salvation is secure. To have a concern for another’s soul is a mark of grace, yet it is possible to be busy about the salvation of others and neglect your own. Examine yourself, whether you be in the faith; rest wholly upon Christ, for if you are not yourself saved, your prayers for others will lack power. And then, let your intercession be persistent, like Samuel’s, who said, “God forbid that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you.” Tell the driver, as you can, the way of life; bring him to the house of God; and leave no means unused that heaven may use for his conversion. God will bless the seed sown beside all waters.
Rejoice that you may bring this request before the throne, for the Lord delights to save. Salvation is His greatest work, and He will be inquired of by His people to do it. The Spirit helps our infirmities in prayer, and though we know not what to pray for as we ought, He maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Go forward, then, with holy boldness, expecting that He who hears prayer will yet call this driver out of darkness into His marvelous light, and that his household also may be made partakers of the same grace. To God be all the glory.

Your prayer for this driver and those in his life rises as a sweet fragrance to the Lord. You ask for their salvation, and this is no small thing. For the death of Jesus was for the salvation of the world, and even His enemies proclaimed it beforehand, so that we might know that His bonds and death were for our healing. Do not think that any soul is beyond conversion. God Himself has said, "Lest at any time they should be converted, and I should heal them," meaning that if they turn, He will swiftly heal. Their conversion is possible, and upon their repentance they may be saved. You do well, then, to plead for them.
But consider this: you yourself hold a share in their salvation when you pray with such love. The Apostle says, "I endure all things for the elect’s sake, that they also may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory." If you long for their rescue, join your intercession to Christ's, for He ever lives to make intercession for those who come to God by Him. He is able to save to the uttermost, and He has no successor in death. As our High Priest, He does not sleep nor grow weary. And mark this, the acceptable time is now. The hour of salvation is not some distant future: behold, now is the acceptable time; now is the day of salvation. So do not delay your prayers or grow faint.
Yet take care that you lift up holy hands without wrath or doubting. Pray for them, not against them, lest while asking for mercy you strike yourself with the sword of bitterness. Your request is for their good, so flee all judgment and anger, and let your heart be free from enmity. When you pray for a stranger, love that stranger with Christ's own love. Remember that you were once dead in sin and had no power to save yourself; others prayed and labored for you. So now you become a fellow worker in their salvation, not by your own merit but by entreating the One who alone can heal.
Do not be troubled if the fruit seems hidden. The Prophet speaks of a day of salvation, and the Lord is ready to succor. Continue steadfastly. Your prayer is a building of God, not for meat or drink but for eternal life. And if anyone among them seems far off, do not withdraw or cut them off in your heart, lest despair overtake them. Rather, entreat the Lord all the more, that they may be ashamed of their wandering and return. In all this, be not weary in doing good. The Lord sees your compassion for an unknown driver and his companions, and He will honor it in His time, for He desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
