For all soul ties to be broken. Pls kindly permanently remove something from memory. In Jesus Christ name. Amen.

We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach the throne of grace and find true freedom. The enemy seeks to torment and enslave, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

First, we must address the reality of spiritual warfare and the authority we have in Christ. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." These demonic memories, sounds, and influences are not merely psychological, they are spiritual attacks meant to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But Jesus came to set the captives free, and in His name, we rebuke every evil spirit that has sought to bind you.

We also recognize the mention of "lust" and the "evil eye" in your request. Lust is a sin that wars against the soul (1 Peter 2:11), and it opens doors for the enemy to gain a foothold in our lives. The Bible warns us in James 1:14-15, "But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own lust and enticed. Then the lust, when it has conceived, bears sin; and the sin, when it is full grown, produces death." We must repent of any lustful thoughts or actions and turn away from them, for the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). The "evil eye" is often associated with envy, jealousy, or covetousness, which the Lord detests (Proverbs 14:30, Galatians 5:21). We must guard our hearts against these sins, for out of the heart flow the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23).

Soul ties, whether formed through sinful relationships, trauma, or ungodly influences, must be broken in the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" Any ungodly soul ties must be severed, and we declare that every unholy connection is broken by the power of the cross.

Now, let us pray together in the authority of Jesus Christ:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name. We thank You that by His blood, we have been redeemed and set free from the power of sin and darkness. Lord, we stand on Your Word, which declares that if the Son sets us free, we are free indeed (John 8:36). We come against every demonic memory, sound, word, and title that has sought to torment and enslave. We rebuke every evil spirit, every demonic possession, and every ungodly influence in the name of Jesus. We break every soul tie that is not of You, and we declare that they are severed by the power of the cross.

Father, we ask that You permanently remove these things from memory, not by our strength, but by the power of Your Holy Spirit. We plead the blood of Jesus over every area of bondage, and we declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, fill every void with Your peace, Your love, and Your presence. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your truth set them free (John 8:32).

We also ask for forgiveness for any sins that have opened doors to the enemy, particularly the sins of lust, envy, or any ungodly soul ties. Cleanse this heart, O Lord, and create in them a clean heart and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10). Strengthen them to resist the devil, and let them submit to You so that the enemy will flee (James 4:7).

We declare that this child of God is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We speak life, healing, and restoration over every area of their mind, body, and spirit. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith and to continue seeking the Lord through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowship with other believers. The enemy may try to return, but resist him, and he will flee (James 4:7). Fill your mind with the things of God, for whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things (Philippians 4:8).

If you have not already, consider finding a biblically sound church where you can grow in your faith and receive support from other believers. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you do not have to walk this journey alone. Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are loved, you are valued, and you are set free in Christ!

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We hear how much this is weighing on you. Those kinds of relentless, intrusive thoughts can feel like a heavy darkness, and we’re not surprised you’re asking for deliverance so urgently. You’re not alone; many believers have walked through similar battles and found solid ground again, one step at a time.

We’d encourage you not to fight this in isolation. Consider reaching out to a trusted pastor or a mature prayer team in your church who can walk with you through intentional prayer, including renouncing any connections you may have opened, breaking soul ties, and commanding whatever is tormenting to leave in Jesus’ name. Often, speaking these things out loud with others breaks their hold and brings deep relief. And if the weight of these memories ever feels too much to manage on your own, there is wisdom in also letting a wise Christian counselor help you untangle what’s going on inside, without shame.

Father, we lift up this dear person to You. You know every thought that haunts them, every sound that replays, every tie that binds. Silence what is not from You. Break every ungodly attachment and every dark influence. In Jesus’ name, we command any tormenting spirit to leave and never return. Flood their mind with Your peace, and give them courage to reach out for the help You provide through Your people. Guard them from the evil one, and lead them into steady, lasting freedom, we ask in Christ’s name. Amen.

You cry out for the permanent removal of a tormenting memory and the breaking of all soul ties. It is a hard battle when the infernal lion roars through the recollection of past sounds and words, and when his dark arrows come whizzing up from the pit to strike a soul that pants for purity. Under temptations of the flesh and memories of old sins, Satan himself comes in with his fiery darts, and you have a hard time of it. Yet look it in the face, and see if this dark thought has not the cloven foot peeping out, for this Evil One is making you doubt the power of your own Father’s deliverance. He would have you believe the lie that God’s ear is shut.

But deliverance from a cruel captivity must be worked by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, and He has found a ransom. In Jesus Christ, the lamb was slain, and his life-giving stream has quenched a thirst deeper than yours. This deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt; where we look for justification, there must we also look for sanctification. The prayer to have something permanently removed from memory is a cry for sanctification. It is a great thing to know what a sour apple sin is and to feel soul-anguish because of its exceeding bitterness, but God does not merely delete the fact. He overcomes the evil. The method of meeting evil memories with your own frantic efforts to erase them does not succeed; such a course increases the torment. Nobody ever overcame evil by confronting it with its own darkness.

Instead, He transforms the memory into a lasting lesson of His keeping power, turning the enemy’s malice into your education. You shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. When the Lord chastens you sorely, He delivers you from going down to the pit, not so that the past is annihilated, but so that the links which bind you to the Jerusalem above become stronger every day. The very memory that once was a demonic arrow can become a sacred spur to grateful dedication, for if we had no troubles, we would have less to declare. Therefore, let your conduct after deliverance be this: consecrate yourself anew to your delivering God. Cut the various ties which bind you to that distant land of Egypt, and rest your soul upon the ransom He has indeed found, for He has said it, “Deliver him from going down to the pit.”

You ask that God permanently remove something from your memory, as though a recollection itself were a demon to be cast out. Yet our Lord does not treat the memory as an evil; it is the sinful movement of the will that must be cut off. When the mind fastens upon a sound or a word with lust or with that envious eye which Scripture calls evil, the danger is not in the thing remembered, but in the heart that consents to the passion. The music and its titles have no power over you unless you allow the soul to keep returning to them with delight. Christ taught us, "If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out." He spoke not of bodily limbs but of whatever you love too dearly, even if it seem as precious as a right eye. If these thoughts draw you toward sin, then separate yourself from them, not by demanding that God wipe the tablet of your mind clean in an instant, but by turning your inner eye away from the smoke and mire and fixing it upon things heavenly and pure. An eye that gazes upon virtue, temperance, and good hope becomes calm and clear; an eye disturbed by anger or envy is darkened. The "evil eye" is nothing other than a jealous and depraved mind, and the sounds and words you recall are only occasions for sin if the soul within has a diseased will.

Do not imagine that demons can possess the memory as if it were a house they may inhabit. The essence of the soul is God's creation and is good; what defiles it is the evil moral choice that we ourselves direct. The flesh is not the body itself but the slothful, earthly mind, the depraved will, and it is this that must be fought, not the innocent work of memory. As the Apostle says, "the flesh lusts against the Spirit": this is the inward battle. The devil, that embalmer of souls, seeks to wrap you in the grave-clothes of obsessive thought until you appear a dry stock, without spiritual hands or eyes. But Christ comes to the paralytic soul and says, "Behold, you are made whole; sin no more, lest a worse thing come to you." The worse thing is not the memory, but the return to sin after healing. Do not, then, ask that the memory be snatched away while the will remains untended; rather, beg for the grace to despise what you once desired, and let the memory become powerless like a dead enemy.

Give thanks in this trial. Has a song or an image troubled you? If you offer thanks to God, the evil is changed into good. Job did not ask that his sores be removed as if by magic; he blessed the name of the Lord. For what have you truly suffered? Nothing has entered you from outside that stains the soul unless you receive it. When you learn to turn your mind away and to direct the eye of the soul to the delicate breeze of heavenly contemplation, to the beauty of chastity and the peace of contentment, the old sounds will grow faint, and their hook will be broken. This is how soul ties are dissolved: not by a single word of command, but by daily refusing to feed the passion, by prayer, fasting, and the meditation upon Scripture. Hasten to the physician of souls in the Temple of the Church; confess your struggle, and He will find you and speak peace. Only sin no more, and the lingering shadows of past music will have no sting, for the soul that is filled with the love of Christ can no longer be pierced by the memory of mere noise.

The cry for deliverance you have lifted to the Lord is a serious one, and it touches a deep wound. When memories of a particular music, its sounds, its words, even its title, bring with them a flood of demonic oppression, lust, and that sense of an evil eye, you are experiencing how evil destroys. Evil does not just pass through a life; it leaves devastation in the mind, the body, and the spirit. It slays the wicked, yes, but the righteous who have been entangled also feel its sting until they are fully freed. Do not be surprised that these things still harass you, but know that God has made a way to hide yourself from their final harm.

What the Scripture calls an "evil eye" is not a superstition or a hex someone can cast on you. It is a heart and mind set on evil, feasting on things that are contrary to God. When you allowed that music to become your bread, you ate from the table of something that had its eye toward darkness. The words, the sounds, they became a soul tie, not a bond of godly friendship like Jonathan and David, where spirits were knit in righteousness, but a cord woven from lust and the world. Those ties now pull at your memory, and the demonic knows how to use what you have fed on. The enemy is not willing to let go easily, but your prayer is the right one: you have turned from that sin, and you are asking God to break what you cannot break yourself.

The Spirit of God and the spirit of evil cannot share the same room. When the Spirit departs because of persistent sin, an evil spirit is allowed to trouble, as it did with Saul. But the opposite is also true: when you turn wholeheartedly to the Lord and His Spirit fills you again, the dark presence loses its foothold. That turning is more than a prayer, it is a deliberate daily choice to stop eating that old bread. You have asked the Lord to remove something from your memory permanently. He may not erase the data entirely, for this body and mind still live in a fallen world, but He promises to renew your mind and to make that memory powerless. What once held you captive can become a dried-up well, no longer able to draw you back into lust or fear.

In practical terms, the wise man foresees the evil and hides himself. You hide yourself by refusing to rehearse those melodies in your thoughts, by cutting off every trigger that replays the sounds or images. When the memory surfaces, you do not entertain it; you starve it. Replace it immediately with something pure: a psalm, a hymn of praise, the words of Scripture. David did not entertain the evil spirit that troubled Saul; he played his harp and the darkness fled. Your harp is the truth of God, spoken or sung until the lie is silenced. The peace that comes from above is first pure, then gentle, able to push back the confusion and every evil work.

The soul ties you mentioned will be broken as you openly renounce any agreement you made with that sin, whether knowingly or in ignorance. Unseen bonds are shattered at the cross. Jesus has all authority over every demonic spirit and every evil eye. He did not come to patch up a few symptoms; He came to destroy the works of the devil. The woman from Magdala knew what it was to have seven devils cast out, and they were gone. Her memory of that bondage did not own her anymore because a greater love had taken her life. Lean into that same deliverer.

As you press forward, do not let the fear of the memory itself become a new torment. The enemy would like nothing more than to keep you looking over your shoulder at what was, creating an evil eye of dread. But the Lord redeems the soul of His servants, and none who trust in Him will be permanently desolate. The desolation you feel right now will not last. Keep your tongue from rehearsing the past, depart from every shadow of that sin, and pursue a path of practical good. Serve someone. Worship with the congregation. When the deep sleep of the Lord’s protection falls over you, you will find that what hunted your soul no longer has power to harm you. You have turned, and He is faithful.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart’s burden to agree with you before the throne of grace, lifting up your cry for deliverance from every demonic memory, sound, word, and spirit that has sought to bind you. We have prayed fervently for the breaking of all soul ties, for the cleansing of your mind, and for the permanent removal of anything that does not align with God’s holy and perfect will for your life.

If the Lord in His mercy has answered this prayer—if you have experienced freedom, peace, and the erasure of those tormenting memories—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share how God has moved so that we may rejoice with you and give Him all the glory.

If, however, the battle still rages and you have not yet seen the full manifestation of deliverance, do not lose heart. We encourage you to post this request again as a fresh plea before the Lord. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that our God is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you. The enemy may resist, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

May the Lord strengthen you, surround you with His angels, and fill you with His peace as you press into Him. We pray that every chain is broken, every stronghold is demolished, and every trace of the enemy’s influence is removed from your life—permanently and completely. May you walk in the fullness of freedom that Christ died to give you.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
