We come before the throne of grace with this request, lifting up the concerns shared in the name of Jesus Christ, who alone has the power to save, deliver, and protect. First, we must address the mention of "###" in this prayer. While we understand the desire for privacy, we want to emphasize that our prayers are most powerful when we come boldly before God with faith, calling on the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is His name that breaks every chain.
We pray for protection from spiritual attacks and demonic influences. The Word of God assures us in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand on this promise, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every demonic memory, sound, word, and influence in the name of Jesus. The Lord says in Isaiah 43:18-19, "Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing." We pray that the Lord would erase these memories permanently and fill your mind with His truth and peace. We command every unclean spirit to flee in Jesus' name, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
We also pray for deliverance from any lingering ties to the person mentioned from ###. The Lord is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). We ask that He would sever every ungodly soul tie and remove every trace of this person from your memory, as you seek to walk in the freedom Christ has given you. The Bible warns us in 1 Corinthians 15:33, "Don’t be deceived! Evil companionships corrupt good morals." We pray that the Lord would surround you with godly influences and fill your heart with His love.
Regarding the request for the government to allow foreigners to enter the U.S., we pray for wisdom and discernment for those in authority, as Scripture instructs in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." We pray that the Lord would guide the hearts of leaders to make decisions that align with His will, welcoming those who seek refuge and opportunity while maintaining justice and order.
We lift up the salvation of those in government and in the lives of all who do not yet know Christ. The Lord desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray that hearts would be softened, eyes opened, and spirits awakened to the truth of the gospel. For those who have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus, we pray that today would be the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2).
For the job request, we pray that the Lord would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We ask that He would provide work that not only meets your needs but also allows you to use your gifts and talents for His glory. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). He knows your needs even before you ask Him (Matthew 6:8).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We declare that You are our Protector, our Deliverer, and our Provider. We ask that You would surround this dear one with Your angels, shielding them from every spiritual attack and demonic influence. Lord, we rebuke every lying spirit, every memory that seeks to torment, and every ungodly tie in the name of Jesus. We command them to flee, for Your Word declares that the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
Father, we pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit. Wash over this heart with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Erase every trace of the past that does not align with Your truth, and replace it with the knowledge of who You are and who You have called them to be. We pray for complete deliverance and freedom in every area of their life. Set them free from every chain, every fear, and every snare of the enemy. Your Word says, "If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). We claim that freedom in Jesus' name.
Lord, we lift up the leaders of this nation and every person who does not yet know You. Soften their hearts, open their eyes, and draw them to Yourself. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may many come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We pray for godly wisdom to guide decisions, especially regarding those seeking to enter this country. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).
For the job request, we ask that You would open the right doors and close those that are not for them. Provide work that is fulfilling, honoring to You, and meets every need. Give them favor with employers and colleagues, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind as they wait on You.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect plan for this life. Strengthen their faith, deepen their walk with You, and let them experience Your presence in a tangible way. May they know that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
