Father, I pray that you bless those who had prayed for me this weekend, the first anniversary I have endured since my separation/divorce with my wife.
The weekend was bearable and I had a lot of fun with my daughter, who was very concerned about how I was going to take the day. I remain saddened over the loss of my spouse to whatever has taken hold of her heart and ask your grace to pass over her and heal her. I continue to pray that your workings in me and through me still improve my ability to endure the loss of my wife and allow me to experience love again. I pray in Jesus' Name for peace and forgiveness. Amen.
