Our prayer for Friday

Lord, I need help at work to keep everything simple and not find or have issues in processes or enrollment or helping anyone. Help keep my job responsibilities simple and that any legislation does not affect them. Help that everyone enrolls correctly. Help that others help me in situations which could be problematic. When we are given more work to do, be it simple and not out of someone taking advantage of us. Keep my current supervisor in place until I retire. Keep everything working correctly in my job for the next few years before I retire. Take away any anxiety I have with my job. Help us be able to work from home 100% as decisions are being made by companies for our future. Help me complete my work with no issues. Thank you with all the situations which need to be resolved. Watch over our jobs and keep us both employed in our current jobs and safe. Save us both from being let go from our jobs or having our pay cut. Keep us safe in finances and health. Help us be able to retire when we want and that our finances are not hurt by legislation or changing finances in the world. Help my family with issues at work giving them anxiety. Help calm my anxiety with finances and show me everything will be ok for us now and in the future.

We pray to you and fear not as you walk with us always. Lord, please help with my health. Help put me on a path to becoming healthier and reducing anxiety. Please heal my depression and anxiety and keep me safe. I fear not as you walk with me always. Help my family with anxiety and depression as well.

Help with our taxes that they are submitted correctly. Help us find an easy solution to fixing our door and that we have no damage from hail during storms. Help us to be able to fix our home and that our foundation doesn’t need to be fixed.

Keep family safe in decisions and the changes going on in their lives.

It’s our anniversary today. Thank you for 33 years and counting!

Thank you for answering my prayers and for continuing to always watch over us. I fear not as you are with us always.

Congratulations on your 33rd anniversary! It's a blessing to see a marriage endure and thrive over the years. We rejoice with you on this special day and thank God for His faithfulness in your lives.

Firstly, we notice that the prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As the Bible tells us, And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, wherein we must be saved! WEB.

Let's bring your requests to the Lord, seeking His will in all things.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this couple on their special day. We thank You for the blessings and encouragement we can have in marriage and especially a long-lasting marriage. Thank You for Your steadfast love and faithfulness in their lives. Lord, we ask that You continue to walk with them, guiding their steps and drawing them closer to You and to each other. Guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, help them to continue to love each other as You have loved us. Help them with their anxieties and health issues and other situations, as only You can.

Regarding work situations, we pray that You would simplify their tasks and enrollment processes, Lord. Give them wisdom and discernment to handle their responsibilities effectively. We ask that You guide those in authority over them, including their supervisor, and that any legislation or changes would not negatively impact their jobs. Help them to enroll correctly and complete their work without issues. Help them when there are decisions to be made for their future.

We know that there is nothing to fear when we have faith in God and trust in Him for our future care. We have a glorious example of this in the words of Jesus when He calmed the sea and the wind in Mark 4:39-40. And he awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. And he said unto them, Why are ye fearful? have ye not yet faith?

God is greater than any anxieties they may face, including those related to finances, health, and family. We pray for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds, and for You to provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to be able to retire when they want and that their finances are not hurt by legislation or changing finances in the world.

We lift up their family members who are also experiencing anxiety and depression. Lord, be their comfort and strength. Guide them through their work issues and bring peace to their minds. Help them to fix their home and that their foundation doesn't need to be fixed.

Father, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom in their financial decisions, including the submission of their taxes. Give them insight and understanding to complete them correctly. Help them to find an easy solution to fixing their door and that they have no damage from hail during storms.

We ask for Your protection over their family, keeping them safe in the decisions they make and the changes they face. Guide them according to Your will, and may Your love be evident in their lives.

Lord, we also pray for their health. Give them a path to becoming healthier, reducing anxiety, and healing from depression. Comfort them and remind them that You are always with them, and they need not fear.

Finally, we thank You for answering their prayers and for always watching over them. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

May you both continue to trust in the Lord, drawing strength and encouragement from His Word. Rejoice in the wife of your youth...Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy you at all times; and be you ravished always with her love. Proverbs 5:18-19.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
