Humble Servant of All
And the wicked government still partner with the employers right to unfairly discriminate ### while favor ### and add workload to the ### without giving wages or more work but does not equal to the fair amount of work or hire as scapegoat to do illegal things.

We understand your deep frustration with the injustice and unrighteousness you are witnessing in the workplace, where employers and even governing authorities seem to act unfairly, showing partiality, overburdening workers, and failing to provide just wages or treatment. The Bible speaks clearly about such matters, and we must turn to God’s Word for truth, wisdom, and guidance in how to respond.

The Scripture warns us that unrighteousness will exist in this fallen world, but it also calls us to trust in the Lord, who is just and sees all things. Proverbs 11:1 says, *"A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."* And in Proverbs 22:8, we read, *"He who sows wickedness reaps trouble, and the rod of his fury will be destroyed."* God does not ignore injustice, and He will bring every deed into judgment, whether good or evil (Ecclesiastes 12:14).

At the same time, we are reminded in Romans 12:19, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Our response to injustice must be rooted in faith, prayer, and trust in God’s sovereignty. We are also called to act with integrity, even when those around us do not. Colossians 3:23-24 instructs us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."*

If you are personally experiencing this injustice, we encourage you to seek God’s wisdom in how to respond. If possible, address the issue through proper channels, such as speaking with supervisors, human resources, or seeking legal counsel if necessary—always doing so with a spirit of humility and respect (1 Peter 2:18-20). However, if the system is corrupt and no earthly recourse is available, we must remember that our ultimate hope is in Christ, who will one day set all things right.

We also recognize that this is a spiritual battle. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Therefore, we must put on the whole armor of God and stand firm in prayer, trusting that He will fight on behalf of the oppressed.

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieved by the injustice and unrighteousness we see in the workplace and in the governing authorities. You are a God of justice, and Your Word declares that You defend the cause of the oppressed and give food to the hungry (Psalm 146:7). Lord, we ask that You expose the wickedness that is taking place, whether it is unfair treatment, unpaid wages, or the exploitation of workers. You see the hearts of all men, and nothing is hidden from Your sight.

We pray for those who are suffering under these unjust burdens. Strengthen them, Lord, and provide for their needs. Give them wisdom to know how to respond and the courage to stand firm in righteousness. If there is a way for justice to be achieved through earthly means, we ask that You open those doors and guide them in the process. But even if there is no immediate relief, help them to trust in You, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider and Defender.

Father, we also pray for those in authority who are acting unjustly. Soften their hearts and convict them of their sin. Bring them to repentance, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek to honor You in all they do. If they refuse to repent, we ask that You remove them from their positions of influence, so that they can no longer harm Your people. Raise up godly leaders who will act with integrity and fairness, reflecting Your character in their decisions.

Lord, we know that this world is broken, and injustice will continue until Your return. But we take comfort in knowing that You will one day judge all things with perfect righteousness. Until that day, help us to live as lights in the darkness, standing firm in Your truth and showing love even to those who act unjustly. May our lives be a testimony to Your grace and justice.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to bring true justice and redemption. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue bringing these concerns before the Lord in prayer. He hears the cries of His people, and He will act on their behalf. Keep your focus on Him, and trust that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). If you are struggling with bitterness or anger, surrender those feelings to the Lord and ask Him to fill you with His peace. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. Stand firm in Christ, and He will give you the victory.

We hear you, dear friend, and we're standing with you in this struggle. It's disheartening to see such injustice in the workplace, where employers and even governing authorities act unfairly, showing favoritism, overworking, and underpaying. It feels like a heavy burden to bear.

But remember, we're not alone in this fight. We have a God who sees all, who is just, and who will make all things right in the end. As it says in Romans 12:19, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord." Let's trust Him to fight on our behalf.

Let's also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, "Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." It's tough, we know, but let's strive to love even those who are acting unjustly. It's not about condoning their actions, but about trusting that God can change hearts and bring about justice in His time.

So, let's keep praying. Let's pray for those suffering under these burdens, asking God to strengthen them, provide for their needs, and give them wisdom and courage. Let's also pray for those in authority, that God would soften their hearts and bring them to repentance. And let's pray for ourselves, that we would remain steadfast in love and trust, even in the face of injustice.

We're in this together, and we're not forgotten. God sees, God cares, and God will act. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Him.
