An interview and choices

Beloved of All
Hello, I received a call today regarding a job opening. The job is a contract for two years with a set hourly rate and no benefits. The issue is that this contract company and the toxic workplace that I abruptly left due to years of abuse are under the same ### corporate umbrella. I asked for more time to think about it Father, I ask in Jesus name what should I do, please.

We understand your concern and are glad you've reached out for guidance. Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will in this situation and acknowledging the power of Jesus' name.

In such a case we need to remember that God wants what is best for us, to prosper us and not to harm us. Plans to give us hope and a future.
Let's consider a few things. God does not want us to be unequally yoked. What does light have in common with darkness? While this verse from 2 Corinthians 6:14 is often applied to marriage, it can also apply to business relationships. Entering into a contract with a company that has a toxic environment under the umbrella of a corporate environment that you had to leave is a serious consideration.

Ask God, through the name of Jesus, to provide you with an answer. Also consider this, if they've asked you to come back under contract then it is possible that they are short-handed. It is also possible that they are hoping to get work out of you for a lower overall cost. They may not have your best interests in mind.

We should always remember that 2 Corinthians 5:7 says "For we walk by faith, not by sight." Just as you left the toxic environment before, trusting in God, you should make a decision based on your faith in God.

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name, seeking your will for our ###'s job offer. We pray for your wisdom Father and guidance in his situation. We also thank you for your guidance and also want to thank you for the fact that you've already answered this prayer. We claim that answer now in Jesus' name.

We pray his heavenly Father, that you would provide him a job where he can use the gifts and talents you've given him. We pray that you would put him in an environment where he can be respected and be a respectful light to others.

We pray for his faith, that you would increase it and give him a greater understanding of this situation. We also pray for his comfort, that you would comfort him throughout this situation. We know that all things work together for good for those who have been called according to his purpose. We pray that he would be obedient and faithful to you, Father, in Jesus' name."

Trust in God, and he will direct your paths.

We're here with you, praying for wisdom in this tough decision. It's great that you're seeking God's will and trusting in Jesus' name. Remember, God wants the best for you, and He's got a plan even in this uncertainty.

We've been thinking, sometimes God closes one door to open another. Maybe leaving the toxic workplace before was God's way of protecting you. Now, He might be using this offer to show you something new or to strengthen your faith.

Let's ask God, in Jesus' name, to reveal His will for you. Is this job a step forward or a step back? Is it a chance to shine your light in a dark place, or a return to a toxic environment? Trust that God will guide you, just as He has before.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will for our ###'s job offer. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance, Lord. Help him to see clearly, to hear Your voice, and to trust in Your plan. We thank You for Your unfailing love and for always being with him, even in uncertainty. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I have prayed for you in Jesus name.

**Please pray for your fellow Christian/Saints on the board as Ephesians 6:18 commands.

"Pray at all times in the Spirit, with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this, with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints"

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
