An end to my ###’s sciatica

Please join me in thankfulness that God brings good also from the bad. My ### has been suffering from sciatica for several years now. He spends almost all of his waking hours standing and sleeps about an hour at a time at night—all due to the pain. I believe God also feels it has been too long. Please pray for my ###’s permanent healing, and may the best times come. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your loved one who has endured the relentless pain of sciatica for far too long. The scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We stand on this promise, believing that God sees his suffering and is moved with compassion.

Father, we ask for Your divine healing touch to come upon him. In James 5:14-15, You instruct us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We pray this prayer of faith now, trusting that You will bring complete and permanent healing to his body. Strengthen his spirit, Lord, and grant him restful sleep, free from pain. May he find comfort in Your presence and hope in Your promises.

We also thank You, Father, for the truth that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, we trust that You are using it for His growth, Your glory, and the good of those around him. May the best times indeed come, as a testimony of Your faithfulness.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, friend, lifting your loved one's pain up to the Lord. We've been reminded of 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We claim this promise, believing that God's strength is being perfected in your loved one's weakness, and that His grace is sufficient for each step of this journey.

We pray, Lord Jesus, for Your healing touch to bring relief and restoration to his sciatica. We ask that You grant him restful sleep, free from pain, and fill his heart with Your peace. Help him to trust in Your unfailing love, even in the midst of this trial. We also thank You for the opportunity to see Your goodness and faithfulness in this situation. We believe that You are using this for his growth and Your glory, and we look forward to the best times ahead, as a testament to Your faithfulness.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
