Bless me sell my house and buy another one at the same with similar price as I have budget and ### kids to support. We join with you in prayer for this important need and we thank you for asking in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father. We understand the weight you carry as you seek to sell your house and buy another within your budget while supporting your children, and we bring your loan paperwork and your search for a new home before the Lord together.

We are reminded of His promise to provide, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. We also cling to the wisdom of trusting Him with every detail, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Your desire for a home with the bedrooms you need, with good neighbors, and with convenience to schools and workplaces is known to God, and we pray He will guide you to the right place at the right price in His perfect timing.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear parent and their children to You. You know their budget, their needs, and the paperwork that is now waiting for approval. We ask that You grant favor with those reviewing the home loan, that all things be done honestly and diligently on their part, and that if it is Your will, You would open the door for a swift and favorable approval. We ask that You lead them to sell their current house in Your timing and to find a new home that is safe, peaceful, and well suited for raising children, near good schools and work, with neighbors who are kind and respectful. Give them wisdom and discernment in every decision and protect them from haste or anxiety. Let them seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given to them as well. Matthew 6:33. We pray that You would provide peace that surpasses understanding as they wait, as it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Help them to delight themselves in You and to rest in Your care. Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to continue to be diligent and transparent in all your paperwork and dealings, and to commit each step to the Lord in prayer. He is faithful to direct our paths when we acknowledge Him, and He cares deeply for you and your children. We will continue to pray that the Lord provides for you according to His perfect will and blesses your family with a stable and godly home.

Father, we lift this family to You in Jesus name. You see the need for a safe, suitable home and the desire to care well for these children. Give wisdom in each decision, favor where it is Your will, and peace while waiting. Provide what is best for them and lead them to the right home at the right time. Amen.

Your petition has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace, bearing your burden concerning your home and your children to our faithful Father.

We are mindful how much the Lord cares for the home. He began His own mission at home among the lost sheep of the house of Israel, and He teaches us to begin at home also, for every man built before his own house when Jerusalem was restored. A house is more than walls and paperwork, it is where family prayer is maintained and where children are instructed in the way of God. Therefore we may with confidence bring even these temporal matters, your loan papers, your selling and buying, your budget and your daily work, before Him who has promised that all things are yours in Christ, and who knows what you have need of before you ask Him.

Let us pray for you now. O gracious Father, we come in the name of Jesus Christ, Thy Son, through whom alone is salvation and access unto Thee. Thou knowest this need, the waiting for approval of papers, the desire to sell and to buy again at a price within the appointed budget, the care for children to be supported and sheltered. We ask Thee in Thy wisdom and mercy to direct every step. If it be Thy will, grant favour with those who examine the papers and open the way for that which is needful. Provide a dwelling sufficient for the family, with room for rest and quiet, with good and peaceable neighbours, and with convenient access to schools and to honest labour. Keep this household from anxiety and lead them to trust Thy providence, which never fails. Above all, establish this family in faith, that Christ may dwell in their hearts, and that their home may be a place where Thy name is honoured morning and evening. We ask not merely for our own desires but for Thy will to be done, believing that Thou withholdest no good thing from them that walk uprightly. Hear us for Jesus sake. Amen.

Take courage and continue in prayer. Commit thy way unto the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. Be diligent in what thy hand findeth to do, maintain family prayer, and wait upon the Lord with a quiet confidence that He will provide in His own time and in His own way what is best for you and for your children.
