We have received your request and we join with you in prayer before our Lord, asking that His will be done in this matter of your home and your family.
We pray that God, who knows your needs and who proves our hearts, would grant wisdom and favor as the paperwork for your home loan is considered. If it is according to His good will and for your true benefit, we ask that He would open the door for approval in His timing, and that He would guide you in selling and buying with prudence and peace. We ask also for what you have sought, good neighbors, peace in your dwelling, and what is needful for daily life, not for excess or display, but for health and for a stable home where Christ is honored.
Remember the word that we are taught not to make provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts, but to provide for what is necessary and to spend our chief care on spiritual things. A larger house can be a blessing when it is used for hospitality, for raising a family in the nurture of the Lord, for prayer and for love of neighbor. We pray that whatever house God provides, whether this one you seek or another He has prepared, you would find contentment and use it for His glory.
We also pray that you would not be weighed down by anxiety in this waiting, but would trust in His providence. As the Apostle sought a prosperous journey only by the will of God, so we ask that your path be ordered by that same will, and that you would have peace whether the answer comes quickly or after a time of testing. May the Lord keep you from burdening yourselves beyond what is wise, and may He grant you counsel and honesty in all dealings with lenders and buyers.

We bring your request before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior, asking for His mercy, His guidance, and His peace to rest upon your household. Thank you for sharing this request and allowing us to pray with you about your home. A home with love and security is one of the great blessings God gives, and it is right to thank Him for His provision and to ask Him for what you need.
We have prayed for good news on your loan paperwork and for the Lord to guide the whole process of selling and buying. Moving a household is a journey with many details and uncertainties, and Scripture shows how much God cares about the safety and welfare of families on such journeys. We are asking Him to give you peace while you wait, to open the right doors in His timing, and to provide clearly for each step.
We are also praying as you asked for a larger house that will serve your family well, for peace in the home itself, for kind and peaceful neighbors, and for a location that provides what you need for daily life. God knows how to provide, even in situations that feel impossible or out of our hands. Just as He made a way for healing where there was no human cure, He is able to work in practical matters like paperwork, approvals, and provision for a family. We can leave room for Him to work and not limit what He can do, trusting that He sees the whole picture and will do what is best.
Above all, we thank God that His greatest provision for us is forgiveness and new life through Jesus Christ, who alone is the way to the Father. Because of Him we can come with confidence to ask for help, and we can trust His wisdom whether the answer comes quickly or takes time.
