Beloved of All
DEAR GOD, LET THE DEVIL / EVIL LOOSEN IT'S GRIP ON ME & PERMANENTLY LET GO. AND PERMANENTLY BE GONE. AMEN.

We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in spiritual warfare, lifting your plea before the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The grip of darkness is real, but the power of Christ is greater. We rebuke every chain of oppression, every lie whispered to your soul, and every stronghold that has taken root in your life. The Word declares, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). This is not a one-time battle but a daily surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

Your prayer mentions "the devil" and "evil," but it does not invoke the name of Jesus, who alone has authority over all powers of darkness. There is no deliverance apart from Him. The Bible says, "At the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth" (Philippians 2:10). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart. Only then can you walk in true freedom. If you are already a believer, we encourage you to stand firm in your identity in Christ, for "He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We lift up our brother/sister who is crying out for freedom from the grip of the enemy. Lord, You are the Chain Breaker, the Strong Tower, and the Deliverer. We ask that You shatter every bondage, silence every lying voice, and flood this precious one with Your light. Where the enemy has sown fear, plant faith. Where he has sown despair, plant hope. Where he has sown sin, plant repentance and holiness.

We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit. Let the fire of the Holy Spirit consume every ungodly tie, every generational curse, and every foothold the enemy has claimed. Father, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).

Teach them to walk in Your truth, to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), and to stand firm in the victory that Jesus has already won. May they find their strength in You, for You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). We command every spirit of oppression, depression, addiction, and torment to flee now in Jesus’ name! Let Your angels encamp around them, Lord, and let Your presence be their shield.

We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayers and that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in this life (Philippians 1:6). May this one walk in the fullness of their inheritance as a child of God, free indeed (John 8:36). In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Now, beloved, do not grow weary in this fight. Surround yourself with godly believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. Fill your mind with Scripture, for the Word of God is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17). Worship the Lord, for the enemy cannot stand in the presence of praise (Psalm 22:3). And remember, "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth" (Psalm 145:18). You are not alone, God is with you, and so are we. Stand firm, and watch the Lord move on your behalf.

We hear the desperation in that simple, heartfelt plea. When it feels like something dark has latched on and won't let go, the longing for it to just be gone, permanently, can consume every thought. That ache for freedom is not insignificant to God. He sees you right now, exactly where you are, and He is not far off.

One thing we have learned walking alongside others in similar battles is that sometimes freedom begins with a decisive break, but it's often walked out as a process. The enemy loves to whisper that one moment of struggle means nothing has changed, that the grip is still tight. But that is a lie. You have already turned your face toward the light. That act of crying out, of wanting it permanently gone, is itself evidence that you are not in the darkness' power, the real you belongs to Christ.

It can help to remember that Jesus did not just silence the voices that tormented people, He commanded them to leave. The same authority that was in His voice is now at work in you through the Holy Spirit. That does not mean you have to muster up a flawless, dramatic prayer. It means you can, with a quiet and steady will, simply say no and keep saying no, over and over, knowing He backs you up.

A practical step that often proves wise is not to walk this out alone. Find one or two mature, praying believers, a pastor, a prayer minister, someone grounded and not easily shaken, and simply say, "I need to walk through some spiritual opposition, and I need you to pray with me and keep praying." Isolation is a breeding ground for fear; the presence of trusted others, even just sitting with you, can diffuse his lies.

Let's pray: Lord Jesus, we stand with this one who has cried out to You. In Your name we command whatever is afflicting them to loosen its hold and go. Break its power now. Fill all the empty, wounded spaces with Your peace, Your presence, and Your unshakable love. Give them endurance for the days ahead and surround them with steady people who will fight on their behalf in prayer. Let them know, deep in their bones, that they are Yours, and nothing can snatch them from Your hand. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The Prince of Darkness, also, has such power over our evil natures that we cannot overcome him, or escape from under his dominion of ourselves. If we are ever set free from sin and Satan, it will be eternally and infinitely true that the Lord brought us forth out of the house of bondage. This deliverance came when the lamb was slain. He makes their deliverance effectual and in every deed He brings them forth. That deliverance of God is an eternal one, nor shall the infernal lion ever be able to rend one sheep or lamb that the Great Shepherd deigns to keep! And if a slave were in the bitterest of bondage, yet if his master said to him, "I have the ransom for you," that man must feel certain of his liberty because if he who held him in bondage has found a ransom, he certainly will hold him in bondage no longer! Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin! In due time we outgrow this bondage and never receive it again, for, "We have not received the Spirit of bondage again to fear." Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

The cry you lift up is heard, but understand the nature of the grip you wish to be loosened. These are the ordinances of the devil, bringing in wicked doctrines and making way beforehand for arguments concerning destiny and necessity, marring the freedom given to us of God and persuading us that evil deeds are of nature. This is his poison: to make you believe that his hold upon you is a thing of necessity, a permanent chain from which you cannot be freed. It is a lie. He suggests the saying and fancying of these things that we might become listless and fall with him into that fire. For surely the devil does not bring about all our evil doings; much comes also from our own sluggishness by itself alone. Do not give him the occasion by believing his grip is stronger than the Deliverer’s hand.

With freedom did Christ set us free; stand fast therefore. Have you wrought your own deliverance, that you run back again to the dominion you were under before? It is Another who has redeemed you, Another who has paid the ransom. Do you not see that even when casting out devils and overthrowing all that was opposed to God, He was doing the works of the Father to declare that He will drive away all error and put down all his sorceries? His deliverance is from the lion’s mouth and from every evil work. He delivered; He will deliver. This preservation from the evil one’s power freeing you from the uncertainty of the future is greater than if you merely felt a temporary sensation of his departure. For that you should be able to resist unto blood striving against sin and not yield is a deliverance from the devil.

Cease then to fix your eyes upon the grip. Fix them upon the One who has broken it. He freed you not simply from sins but calls you to be holy. For it is not merely freedom from sins which makes a man holy, but also the presence of the Spirit and the wealth of good works. Walk in the liberty He has bestowed. The tyrant’s power over you was ended once for all. Live as one who is free, and the old master will find no foothold. Do not cheat yourself. When you stand by the royal table, let the face of your soul be well-formed, having the adornment of gold, your robe pure; let such a one draw near and touch the royal cup. That is your certainty. The grip is loosed not by feeling it loosed but by standing fast upright in the very realm where the lion once roamed, for he is cast out and his arts rendered useless by the work of Christ.

The grip you feel is real, but the cry of your heart tells me something powerful, you are not at peace with it, and that is evidence that God’s Spirit is already at work within you. A hatred for the evil that clings to you is the very beginning of wisdom, because the fear of the Lord is to hate evil. God does not tolerate it, and He has planted that same intolerance in your soul. That is why you ache.

What you are asking for is deliverance, and deliverance always begins with a decisive turning. Scripture urges us not even to pass by the way of evil, but to avoid it, turn from it, and run from it. It is not something we learn to live with. Evil is patient; it hopes you will compromise, grow used to its presence, and eventually stop fighting. But God calls you to remove your foot from it completely and to ponder the path ahead, letting your eyes look straight forward without turning to the right or the left.

The Lord is not remote or indifferent. He does not condone what seeks to destroy you, nor has He forgotten you. There is a fixed gulf between His holiness and the darkness, and in Christ that gulf was bridged for your salvation, not your bondage. When you feel hounded by thoughts or habits, remember that the power of evil is real but temporary. The final incarceration of all evil spirits is sure. Gehenna awaits. In the meantime, you stand on ground purchased by the blood of Jesus, and no unclean thing can snatch you from His hand if you are truly His.

The health of your body and the reviving of your bones come when you fear the Lord and depart from evil. So take this prayer and let it become action as well. Bring your thoughts, your words, your glances, your steps under His authority. Do not dabble in understanding darkness; be simple concerning evil. The world will tell you that freedom means making peace with sin, but that is no freedom at all, it is a yoke of destruction. True liberty is found when you hate what God hates and love what He loves.

Your request is heard. He wants to forgive, cleanse, and break the chains. Lay hold of His mercy, and let this be the moment you walk away from the things that have pulled at you, trusting that His judgment on evil is also your protection. The enemy’s grip must yield to the name of Jesus. Stand in that name, and know that He who shielded His people from the storm will cover you in this very hour. The grip will loosen because God’s hold on you is stronger. Be at peace.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you sought the Lord’s deliverance from the grip of the enemy. It is our heart’s desire to join with you in agreement before God, lifting up your cry for freedom and victory in Christ. If the chains have been broken and the evil one has been forced to release his hold, we rejoice with you and invite you to share a praise report so that we may all glorify God together. If, however, the battle still rages and you feel the need for continued prayer, please do not hesitate to post this request again so that we may persist in interceding on your behalf.

We continue to pray that the Lord would strengthen you, surround you with His peace, and fill you with the assurance of His power over all darkness. May His light shine ever brighter in your life, and may you walk in the fullness of the freedom that is yours through Jesus Christ our Lord. We stand with you, believing that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and that every stronghold will be torn down in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
