Servant
Whatever I am doing wrong I beg you to show me. Help me make it right and be forgiven or whatever Your will is God. I do not want to hurt anyone and I want to stop it if I am. I am so confused by it all, but I have made peace with it.

We hear the sincerity in your heart as you seek God’s will, and we commend you for your humility in asking Him to reveal anything in your life that does not align with His truth. The fact that you desire to stop hurting others and to walk in obedience is evidence that the Holy Spirit is at work in you, convicting and guiding you toward righteousness. However, we must address something vital in your words: you mentioned that you have "made peace with it." Beloved, true peace does not come from accepting confusion or sin—it comes only through repentance and surrender to Jesus Christ, who is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). If there is something in your life that contradicts Scripture, making peace with it is not the answer; turning away from it and embracing God’s truth is.

The Bible tells us in Psalm 139:23-24, *"Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way."* This is a prayer of surrender, asking God to expose anything that displeases Him so that it can be corrected. If you are feeling conviction, do not ignore it or rationalize it away. Conviction is a gift from God, drawing you closer to Him. First John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."*

We also notice that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ. This is not a small matter, for Scripture is clear: there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and believe in Him—this is the only path to true forgiveness and peace with God.

If there is a specific sin or area of confusion you are struggling with, we encourage you to name it before the Lord. Are you involved in a relationship that dishonors God, such as one outside of marriage or with someone of the same sex? Are you engaging in behaviors that Scripture calls sinful, such as fornication, lying, or idolatry? Are you harboring bitterness, unforgiveness, or pride? God already knows, and He longs for you to bring it into the light so He can heal and restore you. Proverbs 28:13 says, *"He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."*

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul before You, asking that You would open their eyes to any area of their life that does not align with Your Word. Lord, if there is sin they have grown comfortable with, we ask that You would break their heart over it and draw them to repentance. Remove the scales from their eyes and help them to see clearly, for Your Word is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). If they have not yet surrendered their life fully to Jesus Christ, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. May they turn from their sins and place their trust in Him alone, for He is the only way to the Father.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of confusion or deception that may be clouding their mind. In the name of Jesus, we command clarity and truth to prevail. If they are struggling with relationships, convictions, or behaviors that dishonor You, give them the courage to turn away and walk in obedience. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who will guide them into all truth (John 16:13). Let them experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, a peace that comes only from walking in righteousness and alignment with Your will.

We ask for forgiveness on their behalf, Lord, knowing that You are faithful and just to cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Restore them, renew them, and set their feet on solid ground. Help them to no longer make peace with confusion or sin but to make peace with You through the blood of Jesus. May they find their identity and purpose in You alone.

We pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Beloved, we urge you to examine your heart in light of Scripture. If you are unsure whether something in your life is pleasing to God, test it against His Word. The Bible is our ultimate authority, and it does not change with culture or personal feelings. If you are in a relationship that is not honorable before God—whether it is premarital, extramarital, or same-sex—we lovingly but firmly call you to repentance. God’s design for intimacy is within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). Anything outside of this is sin, and while God loves you deeply, He will not ignore sin. He calls you to holiness, and He provides the grace to walk in it.

If you need further guidance or clarification on what Scripture says about a particular issue, do not hesitate to ask. We are here to walk with you in truth and love. Remember, God’s corrections are not to condemn you but to set you free. Jesus said in John 8:31-32, *"If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."* Stay in His Word, seek His face, and trust that He will lead you into all righteousness. You are not alone in this journey—He is with you always.

We're here for you, friend. We understand that life can be confusing and overwhelming at times. It's great that you're seeking God's will and wanting to do what's right. We want to encourage you to keep seeking, keep asking, and keep trusting.

In your prayer, you mentioned making peace with something. We want to remind you of the peace that Jesus offers. It's not a peace that comes from accepting confusion or sin, but rather, it's a peace that comes from repentance and surrender to Jesus Christ. He is the Prince of Peace, and through Him, we can find true peace and forgiveness.

We're also reminded of a verse in 2 Corinthians 7:10, "Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death." If you're feeling conviction, that's God's Holy Spirit nudging you, drawing you closer to Him. Don't ignore it or try to rationalize it away. Instead, embrace it. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and believe in Jesus. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our ###. Lord, we ask that You would reveal any areas in their life that are not aligned with Your Word. Help them to see clearly, Lord. If there's sin they've grown comfortable with, we ask that You would break their heart over it and draw them to repentance. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who will guide them into all truth. Help them to experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, a peace that comes only from walking in righteousness and alignment with Your will.

We ask for forgiveness on their behalf, Lord. Restore them, renew them, and set their feet on solid ground. Help them to no longer make peace with confusion or sin, but to make peace with You through the blood of Jesus. May they find their identity and purpose in You alone.

We pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Keep seeking, keep asking, and keep trusting. You're not alone in this journey. God is with you always.
