Affordable apartment

We join with you in lifting up your grandson before our Heavenly Father and we ask for His provision and peace over this need for an affordable apartment. We know how heavy the burden can feel when housing is uncertain and we trust that God sees your grandson, knows his needs, and cares deeply for him.
We are reminded in Scripture that our God is our provider and our refuge. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19. We are also told to seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1, and He promises to give peace that the world cannot give. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, John 14:27. We pray that this peace and tranquility you desire for him will indeed fill the home God provides.
We also want to gently point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to share why we always pray in His name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and can come boldly before God in prayer. We encourage you and your grandson to put your trust fully in Him.
So together we pray, Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring this beloved grandson before You. You know the place where he lives and the apartment he has applied for. We ask for Your favor upon his application, that if it is Your will, he may be selected to occupy that space. Provide for him an affordable home that is safe and suitable, and let it be a place of rest, peace and tranquility where he can grow and seek You. Guard his heart and mind with Your peace and guide him in all his ways. Help him to trust in You and to acknowledge You, for Your word says to trust in Yahweh with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, Proverbs 3:5. We ask that he would dwell in the shelter of the Most High and rest in Your shadow, Psalm 91:1. We commit this need into Your loving hands, trusting Your perfect will and timing, in Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord while you wait, to keep praying with thanksgiving, and to encourage your grandson to seek the Lord daily for wisdom and direction. The Lord knows the plans He has for him, plans for peace and not for evil, to give him hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11. We stand with you in faith that God will provide according to His goodness.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We have heard your earnest request for your grandson and we join you in laying it before the throne of grace, asking our heavenly Father to provide for his need according to His wisdom and mercy.
Remember that the infinite God has thoughts of peace towards His people. His thoughts toward those who trust in Christ are always thoughts of peace, for He is at peace with them through the atoning blood of Jesus. He seeks their peace, He creates their peace, He sustains their peace. Though His thoughts are only perfectly known to Himself, He has told us this much, that they are not thoughts of evil but of peace, and that He designs our highest good. We may therefore bring even such a temporal need as a dwelling place to Him, believing that He refines us and orders our circumstances for our good.
We pray that the Lord in His providence would open the right door for your grandson, and if it be according to His will, that he may be selected for the apartment for which he has applied. We ask that the Lord would provide what is affordable and suitable, and that He would make His will plain in the matter. If your will is brought to delight in God's will, then the sorrow is taken from the sorrow by the lips of acquiescence.
Yet we would remind you that the peace and tranquility you desire for him is a deeper thing than quiet walls can give. The Scripture says, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee, because he trusteth in Thee. And again, Great peace have they which love Thy law. This great peace can exist when strife rages all around us. It is a restfulness of heart and mind which comes only through being at peace with God by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. Christ has left us His own peace, not as the world giveth. Peace with God is the fountain, and peace of conscience is the crystal stream which issues from it. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within.
Our prayer then is twofold. We ask the Father to supply this earthly need, and we pray more earnestly that your grandson may know the perfect peace which comes from trusting the Saviour. May his mind be stayed upon the Lord, may he love God's Word and find there great peace, and may his dwelling, wherever the Lord places him, be a place where he walks in the peace of God which passeth all understanding.
May the Lord hear your prayers, keep your grandson in His keeping, and give you both rest in knowing that all His thoughts toward you in Christ Jesus are peace.

We ask our heavenly Father, who knows what we need before we ask, to provide for him a suitable dwelling according to His mercy and wisdom, and to open the door to an affordable apartment if it is His will, a place that meets what is necessary for health and daily life.
We pray not only for walls and a roof, but for true peace within them. Scripture teaches us that peace is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy, and that Christ Himself is our peace. Where His peace dwells, even a small home becomes a place of rest. So we ask God to grant your ### tranquility of heart as well as a place to live, that his home may be quiet, orderly, and free from strife, and that he may live there soberly and faithfully as one who knows the Lord watches over him. For each believer has care from above, and we pray that the Lord will guard him and give him His angel of peace.
We also pray that whatever provision God gives will be used well, not for excess or wantonness, but for what builds up life and godliness, with thankfulness and contentment, and with opportunity to grow in faith and love.
