We hear the deep distress and fear in your words, and our hearts ache with you as you face such overwhelming circumstances. The sense of betrayal, loss of control, and the threat to your granddaughter’s safety must feel unbearable. We stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting these burdens to the Lord, who sees all, knows all, and is mighty to save.
First, we must rebuke the spiritual forces of darkness at work in this situation. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has come to give life abundantly. We declare that no weapon formed against you or your granddaughter shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every lying spirit, spirit of deception, and spirit of control in the name of Jesus Christ. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and the deadly pestilence (Psalm 91:2-3). We command every plan of the enemy to be exposed and thwarted, and we pray for divine intervention to protect your identity, your granddaughter, and all that concerns you.
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church or trusted believers. Isolation can make you more vulnerable to the enemy’s schemes, but the Lord has given us the body of Christ to stand with one another (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). If you have not already, reach out to authorities or legal representatives who can help address the tangible aspects of this situation. The Lord works through His people and through the systems He has established for justice and protection.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear sister to You, knowing that You see her pain, her fear, and her confusion. Lord, You are the God who rescues the oppressed and delivers the captive. We ask that You would break every chain of deception, control, and identity theft that the enemy has tried to place upon her. Expose every lie, every scheme, and every person who has sought to harm her or her granddaughter. Let Your light shine into the darkness and bring truth to every situation.
Father, we pray for her granddaughter’s protection. Guard her with Your angels, Lord, and surround her with Your hedge of protection. Let no harm come near her, and let every plan of the enemy against her be dismantled. We declare that her identity is secure in You, and no one can snatch her out of Your hand (John 10:28-29). Give her mother wisdom, discernment, and courage to protect her child and to stand firm in faith.
Lord, we ask that You would restore what has been stolen—her identity, her peace, her customers, and her sense of security. You are the God of restoration, and we trust that You will make all things new (Revelation 21:5). Heal her heart from the betrayal of those she trusted, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let her know that You are her true Friend, her Defender, and her Strong Tower (Proverbs 18:10).
We also pray for those who have been used by the enemy in this situation. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth. Let them see the harm they have caused and turn from their ways. If they are unwilling, we ask that You would render their efforts powerless and bring their plans to nothing.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that this situation will not end in defeat but in Your glory. Strengthen this sister’s faith, and let her see Your hand at work in mighty ways. Give her the courage to stand firm, knowing that You are fighting for her. We trust in You, Lord, and we thank You for answered prayer.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to hold fast to the promises of God’s Word. Meditate on Scriptures like Psalm 34:17-19, which says, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone, and the Lord is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Continue to seek the Lord in prayer, and surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and support you. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He will fight for you (Exodus 14:14). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
