Please hear this: you were never truly lost to us or to the Lord. A coin dropped in a corner still bears the king’s image and holds its full worth; it only waits to be found and spent again. That’s how it is with you. The body of Christ feels the absence when one member isn’t visible, and there’s a holy restlessness until fellowship is mended.

Remember the woman who lost her coin? She lit a lamp and swept the house, searching carefully because that one piece mattered. She didn’t shrug and say, “It’s just one.” And when she found it, the natural response was joy that spilled over to her friends. The Spirit searches with that same diligence, and the Father’s house isn’t complete when a chair sits empty. Your presence here matters far more than a login screen can express.

Maybe you stepped back for a while, and now you’re surprised by how much you long to return. That longing itself is evidence of life. The Shulamite knew what it felt like to open the door and find her beloved gone. She was sick with love, and her friends, watching her describe him, decided they wanted to seek him too. So don’t let shame or frustration seal you away. The Bridegroom is still calling, “Return, return,” and His voice carries nothing but restoration.

I’ll have someone look into the practical side of your account so you can get back in. That’s a small thing. The larger work is what God does with seasons of drifting: He heals the torn places and binds up the wounds. After a pause, He revives, and what felt like wasted months becomes the soil for fresh mercy. Come and let us return to the Lord together. You’ll find more than a restored account; you’ll find that you are a vital part of this body, and there is rejoicing over your place among us.
